Level II - Formal Written Grievance. Within fifteen (15) days after the occurrence of the act or omission giving rise to the grievance, the grievant must present his/her grievance in writing to the appropriate supervisor (site principal or superintendent).
Level II - Formal Written Grievance. 19.3.2.1 If the grievance is not settled during the informal conference and the grievant wishes to press the matter, the grievant shall present the grievance in writing on the appropriate form to the immediate supervisor within ten (10) days after the oral decision by the immediate supervisor. The written information shall include: (a) A description of the specific grounds of the grievance, including names, dates, and places necessary for a complete understanding of the grievance; (b) A listing of the provisions of this agreement which are alleged to have been violated, misinterpreted, or misapplied; (c) A listing of the reasons why the problem is unacceptable; and (d) A listing of specific actions requested of the District which will remedy the grievance.
Level II - Formal Written Grievance. 24.3.2.1 If the grievance is not resolved at Level I to the satisfaction of the grievant, the grievant shall have five (5) workdays to present the grievance in writing on the appropriate form to the immediate supervisor. The written information shall include: a) a description of the specific grounds of the grievance, including names, dates, and places necessary for a complete understanding of the grievance; b) a listing of the provisions of this Agreement which are alleged to have been violated; c) a listing of the reasons why the immediate supervisor's proposed resolution of the problem is unacceptable; and d) a listing of specific actions requested of the District which will remedy the grievance.

If the grievance is not settled during the informal conference and the grievant wishes to press the matter, the grievant shall present the grievance in writing to the Office of Human Resources within twenty (20) days. The Office of Human Resources will forward the grievance to the appropriate area administrator for handling. The written information shall include:

The written information shall include: (a) A description of the specific grounds of the grievance, including names, dates and places necessary for a complete understanding of the grievance; (b) A listing of the provisions of this agreement of City Rules, ordinances, policies and/or procedures which are alleged to have been violated; (c) A listing of the reasons why the immediate supervisor's proposed resolution of the problem is unacceptable; and (d) A listing of specific actions requested of the City which will remedy the grievance.
Level II - Formal Written Grievance. 8.3.2.1 If the grievance is not settled during the informal conference and the grievant wishes to press the matter, the grievant shall present the grievance in writing on the appropriate form to the Chief of Police within ten (10) days after the oral decision of the immediate supervisor. The written information shall include: (a) A description of the specific grounds of the grievance, including names, dates, and places necessary for a complete understanding of the grievance; (b) A listing of the provisions of this agreement which are alleged to have been violated; (c) A listing of the reasons why the immediate supervisor’s proposed resolution of the problem is unacceptable; and (d) A listing of specific actions requested of the City which will remedy the grievance.
Level II - Formal Written Grievance. 6.3.1 The grievant must present a formal written grievance on the appropriate form (Appendix XV) to the immediate administrator within ten (10) days of the date of the Level I conference. In no event shall a grievance be filed later than one (1) year after the occurrence of said act or omission. If the grievant does not present such grievance in writing within the stated time period, the grievance is deemed to be resolved.
6.3.2 The written statement shall be a clear, concise statement of the grievance, with specific reference to the contractual section allegedly violated, the circumstances involved, the decision rendered at the informal conference, and the specific remedy sought.
6.3.3 The immediate administrator shall communicate a decision to the grievant in writing within ten (10) days after receiving the grievance. If the administrator does not respond within the time limits, the grievant may appeal to the next level. Within the above time limits, either party may request a personal conference with the other party. Either party may be represented at the conference by one (1) individual of his or her choice.
