Level Three – School Board a. If the grieving employee is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after the grievance was delivered to the Superintendent, he shall within five (5) days after a decision by the Superintendent or fifteen (15) days after the grievance was delivered to the Superintendent request in writing a hearing by the Board at the next regular meeting. Providing a minimum of ten (10) days elapses before the next regular meeting, a hearing will be held by the Board of a committee of the Board at that meeting.

Level Three – School Board. If the superintendent's decision does not resolve the grievance to the satisfaction of the grievant, the decision may be appealed to the school board within ten (10) days after the verified receipt of the answer in Level 2. The grievant shall have the right to appear before the board to present evidence and argument for the board's consideration. The decision of the board shall be made and transmitted in writing to the grievant no later than twenty (20) days from the time of submission of the grievance to the board.

Level Three – School Board. If the grievance is not resolved to the employees’ satisfaction at level two, the employee, no later than five (5) working days after receipt of the level two decision, may request a review by the School Board. The request shall be submitted in writing through the Superintendent, who shall attach all related papers and forward the request to the School Board. The School Board or a committee thereof, shall review the grievance and shall, at the option of the Board, or upon request of the grievant, hold a hearing with the employee and render a decision in writing within thirty (30) calendar working days of the receipt of the grievance by the School Board, or of the hearing with the employee, whichever comes later. The hearing will be held in nonpublic session consistent with NH RSA 91-A (Right-to-Know Law).

Level Three – School Board. The teacher, no later than five (5) school days after receipt of the Superintendent’s decision may appeal the Superintendent’s decision to the School Board. The appeal must be made in writing, citing the matter submitted to the Superintendent as specified in 1.(b)(1-6) above. The School Board shall meet with the employee to attempt to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, but within a period not to exceed twenty (20) school days. The School Board shall communicate its decision in writing to the employee, the Superintendent and the Principal within ten (10) school days after the meeting with the aggrieved is conducted.
Level Three – School Board. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level Two, or if no decision has been rendered within ten (10) days after the written presentation at Level Two, then the grievant may appeal the grievance to the Board. The Board or a Committee of the Board may hold a closed hearing of the grievance within ten (10) days after receipt of the written appeal. If the Board fails to hold hearing within ten (10) days, the grievant shall have the right to proceed to arbitration as provided in Level Four of this procedure. If the Board or its representatives holds a hearing, they shall have fifteen (15) days to provide its written decision to the grievant.
