Local Agency Coordination. The TPO staff shall coordinate the development of the LRTP by forming an LRTP Advisory Committee with city/town representatives and various modal agencies (transit, freight, port, airport, space, rail, etc.) to insure the TPO’s plan reflects major developments, plans and programs to be pursued by such agencies over the life of the LRTP.

Local Agency Coordination. The CONSULTANT will coordinate with the required local utility agencies, unless otherwise directed. The CONSULTANT will facilitate a meeting with the appropriate agencies to explain the GA development area layout and airport intentions for improvements. Task 3 – GA Development Area Concepts This element involves a full analysis of the future layout for the GA development area, as depicted by the blue boundary on Attachment 1, Project Limits. 3.1 Identify GA Development Screening Criteria This task will involve working with Airport Staff to identify GA development screening criteria that will be used to inform the development of the schematic layouts developed in the following Task (Task 2.2). This will include identifying program requirements, goals, and objectives. Yampa Valley Regional Airport GA Development Area Analysis Scope of Services December 2021 3.2 GA Demand Analysis This task will involve review of current third-party prepared forecasts (i.e., FAA Aerospace Forecasts, FAA Terminal Area Forecast, and Colorado State Aviation System Plan Aviation Demand Forecasts) to assess future GA demand. This will help inform the development of phasing for the buildout of the GA development area. Information from this task will also be used for air quality modeling purposes in Task 5.3. 3.3 Develop GA Development Area Concepts This task will develop up to three (3) alternative layouts for the GA development area east of Atlantic Aviation. The analysis will provide schematic level, conceptual layouts for GA related activities, primarily aircraft parking in this area. These concepts will consider constraints and opportunities relative to: • Project phasing, • Critical/design aircraft, • Land rent potential and lease structuring, • Existing and future infrastructure (i.e., utilities connections, stormwater management, etc.), • Optimal placement of taxilanes connecting to Taxiway Alpha and Taxiway Bravo, • Vehicle access (and considerations for controlled vs. uncontrolled) • Applicable FAA design standards, and • Reservation of space for a possible future GA support services. A narrative report for airport use in evaluation of development proposals will be provided including pros and cons list for each concept will be developed based on the development screening criteria established in Task 2.1. Note that this effort does not include the environmental review that would be required prior to implementation of development in this area.
Local Agency Coordination. Coordinate LCP planning closely with the City of Eureka and the City of Arcata who are in the process of updating their LCPs to share documents, information, and planning strategies to address Coastal Act priority issues in a comprehensive manner, and meet regularly. Coordinate with local agency infrastructure and service providers, and natural resource and land management agencies. Additionally, the County will coordinate and share information and lessons learned as appropriate with other LCP planning grant recipients, regional local governments, and other entities, as appropriate.

  • Local Coordinator Leave The Hospital agrees to grant leaves of absence, without pay, to nurses elected to the position of Local Co-ordinator. Subject to reasonable notice, it is understood and agreed that a Local Co-ordinator shall be granted such leave(s) as she or he may require fulfilling the duties of the position.

ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.

  • Coordination The Parties shall confer regularly to coordinate the planning, scheduling and performance of preventive and corrective maintenance on the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Facilities.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.
