LOCKS AND LOCKERS. 23.01 Locks and uniform storage/lockers are the property of the Employer. All uniform storage/lockers are subject to inspection. The Employer agrees that at no time will inspection take place unless a Union Xxxxxxx is present.
LOCKS AND LOCKERS. Lockers are available for student use. Students who are assigned a locker are expected to keep this locker all year. If a student would like to use a lock, he/she may do so provided a key or the combination is given to the Principal. Locks are provided for students to use in the gymnasium upon request from the student. If a lock is lost, the student must pay for a new one. Students will be responsible for damages they inflict upon lockers and these actions may result in vandalism charges. The school cannot be responsible for occasional thefts which may occur. Students are urged to use discretion and common sense in regard to carrying and storing money and valuables. Large sums of money should not be brought to school. LOST AND FOUND Lost and found items will be handled through the office. All items found on campus should be turned into the office immediately.

  • KEYS AND LOCKS Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock. On the termination of the Lease, Tenant will deliver to Landlord all keys to any locks or doors in the Building which have been obtained by Tenant.

  • LOCKS AND KEYS The RESIDENT MAY NOT install additional locking devices or other security devices in the PREMISES without the written consent from the MANAGEMENT. If approved, the RESIDENT will supply the MANAGEMENT office with duplicate keys. The RESIDENT shall not alter or modify in any way any locks provided by the MANAGEMENT. The RESIDENT shall be responsible to restore the PREMISES to the exact condition as it was prior to the installation of locks or other security devices and all damages to the PREMISES shall be paid to the MANAGEMENT by the RESIDENT. Upon termination of this LEASE, RESIDENT shall surrender to the MANAGEMENT all keys issued to the PREMISES or be liable for costs incurred to replace the locks and keys.

  • STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS The Contractor shall forthwith notify the Engineer of the commencing of any strike or lock-out and the Engineer on account of any delay caused thereby may, after consultation with the Employer, grant such extension of time as he considers reasonable without prejudice to the right of the Employer to exercise after the expiration of such reasonable extension of time the rights and powers under these Conditions in case of default by the Contractor.
