Logic. Schedule shall use retained logic during the development and updating of the schedule. Any function that would cause the retained logic of the logic network to be overridden is prohibited unless approved, in writing and in advance, by the Architect and Owner. Schedule shall include date of Notice to Proceed, date of Substantial Completion, and date of Final Completion in accordance with Contract Documents. Critical path shall be clearly indicated on Schedule. Not more than twenty (20) percent of the progress activities shall be on the critical path at any one time. Not more than five (5) percent of the total individual activities may exceed $25,000 or 14 calendar days (per activity) without prior approval of Architect and Owner.
Logic. Encounter timeliness is determined by calculating the percent of encounter lines that are accepted by CHAMPS by the end of the month following the month of adjudication. This calculation is done each month. As an example, on December 15th the query is run to determine what percent of the encounters adjudicated during October were accepted by CHAMPS by November 30th. The analyses are only run once for each adjudication month. The adjudication date is taken from the DTP segment of the 2430 loop or the DTP segment of the 2330B loop. (The data warehouse uses the date from the line if it is available otherwise it populates with the claim date.) For claims that are not adjudicated, Medicaid Health Plans populate the DTP field with the date they created the encounter for submission. The Medicaid Health Plans are required to report this field and the encounter is rejected if neither DTP field is populated (error 2650). Currently, for mental health encounters this error is informational only. However, PIHPs will also be required to populate this field with either the adjudication date or the date the encounter was created for submission. These queries only include consumers who are Medicaid eligible at the time of services, with Scope = 1 or 2 and coverage = D, F, K, P, or T. The queries include all PIHP submitted encounters, both mental health and substance abuse. Concerns have been raised that the timeliness measure will penalize PIHPs for correcting encounter errors. To address this, the query will include all active encounters (original and replacement) except those replacement encounters that are not timely. In this way, PIHPs will not be discouraged from reporting replacements that require additional time to research or resolve. The Department plans on continuing these test analyses through November 2019. The first production analyses will be run in December 2019. This report provides the aggregate Medicaid service data necessary for MDHHS management of PIHP contracts and rate-setting by the actuary. In the case of a regional entity, the PIHP must report this data as an aggregation of all Medicaid services provided in the service area by its CMHSP partners. This report includes Medicaid Substance Use Disorder services provided in the service area. The data set reflects and describes the support activity provided to or on behalf of Medicaid beneficiaries,. Logic. SIS, ESD and F&G logic will be developed from their respective cause and effect chart. Logic will be based on “function blocks” or similar and will be sufficiently detailed to permit trouble-shooting and future modification of the logic. Contractor will design trip and logic functions to the integrity level determined by the LOPA analysis. Specifically, for trips associated with the following rotating equipment in service common to liquefaction trains, Contractor will provide 2oo3 (two out of three) voting: ● Amine Circulation Pumps ● Amine Booster Pumps ● Regeneration Gas Compressors ● BOG Compressors
Logic. The schedules shall divide the Work into activities with appropriate logic ties to show:
1. conformance with the requirements of this Section and Division I, Subsection 8.02 - Schedule of Operations
2. the Contractor's overall approach to the planning, scheduling and execution of the Work
3. conformance with any additional sequences of Work required by the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, Subsection 8.03 - Prosecution of Work and Subsection 8.06 –

Logic. The Optivax adjuvant system is based on the nonionic block copolymer, P1005, which can be used in both aqueous and oil-containing vaccine formulations. The Optivax adjuvant routinely augments immune responses and could induce additional or different effector mechanisms. Mechanisms of action are not known but could include:
1. When correctly formulated in aqueous solutions the polymer will form 1-5[mu]m particles in association with the vaccine immunogen. Particulate based delivery of protein immunogens is known to augment both antibody and cellular immune responses through depot effects.

Logic. In Section 3 the major features of networked and partitioned multi-core system architecture are presented. As shown in Figure 2, this system architecture is composed by a COTS device with a processing system (PS) and a programmable logic (PL). In addition, this system architecture is partitioned by a hypervisor to enable the implementation of a wide variety of functionalities with different criticality on the same embedded computing platform. These partitions can be integrated indistinctly in the PS or the PL. In the PS, the partitions may be implemented into the cores of the device, whereas the PL supports the implementation of a single or multiple soft-core processors with independent memory (e.g., BRAM). These soft-core processors and the PL itself can be vulnerable to single event upsets (SEUs). SEUs are usually caused by the collision of cosmic particles and atoms and they may result in the failure of the BRAM, the electronic devices or the PL. Xilinx provides a solution to these failures, providing the soft error mitigation (SEM) IP core [38] for detecting and correcting SEUs in configuration memory of Xilinx FPGAs. SEM IP does not prevent soft-errors; however, it provides methods to manage their effects at system level.
