Management of the Centre. The Tenant must not load or unload vehicles except on the parts of the Centre that it is permitted to use for that purpose by paragraph 2 of Part 1 of the Schedule. The Tenant must not park vehicles in the Common Parts[ except in any areas that it is permitted to use for that purpose by paragraph 8 of Part 1 of the Schedule]. The Tenant must not obstruct the Common Parts in any way or leave any goods on them. The Tenant must not deposit rubbish anywhere on the Centre except in skips or bins provided for that purpose. The Tenant must not use the Common Parts other than for the purposes designated under Clause 5.9. The Tenant must not use the Common Parts used for servicing the Premises outside the Servicing Hours. The Tenant must comply with all regulations notified to it or contained within any relevant tenant guide or handbook for the Centre published by the Landlord from time to time. No regulations may impose obligations on the Tenant that are inconsistent with the Tenant’s rights and obligations under this Lease.

Management of the Centre. 1. The Centre is managed by a diplomat of the Hungarian Embassy (hereinafter referred to as the Hungarian consul) appointed to this task. 2. The Austrian Party takes part in the activities of the Centre through the Austrian consular officer appointed to this task. The Austrian consular officer shall be under the supervision of his or her superior authorities and shall observe the instructions of the head of the Hungarian Embassy in issues related to the security of the Embassy. 3. The Austrian Party shall notify the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova of the appointment of the Austrian consular officer in accordance with Article 10 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961. The notification may also refer to the tasks defined in Article 2. 4. The Hungarian consul and the Austrian consular officer shall be in continuous and close contact with each other for the purpose of facilitating the activities of the Centre as stated in the present Agreement. In case of disputes that can not be solved directly, they shall seek the advice of their respective ministries without delay. 5. The Austrian and Hungarian Embassies shall maintain separate mailboxes in order to make correspondence related to the work of the Centre transparent. 6. The Austrian consular officer shall be responsible for the observance of the present Agreement and the relevant regulations on the Austrian visa applications, and shall assist the Hungarian consul in performing his or her duties with regard to the operation of the Centre. The staff of the Centre may only be instructed through the Hungarian consul.
Management of the Centre. 4.1 The Organisation will remain wholly responsible for the operation of the Centre. It will resource, manage and routinely maintain the Centre through the Rayners Lane Estate Committee in a manner that will promote the achievement of the aims referred to in clause 2 of this Agreement and the Performance Indicator Targets. The Rayners Lane Estate Committee will initially set up a Management Committee to take responsibility for the management of the Centre. The aim is to transfer the Centre to an independent Development Trust within two years of the Commencement Date. 4.2 The Management Committee will be established prior to the Commencement Date. The membership of the Management Committee must include the following: 4.2.1 the Council's Lead Councillor with Sport and Leisure responsibility 4.2.2 two local xxxx Councillors 4.2.3 one Council Officer (observer) which can be rotated 4.2.4 four elected Community Representatives 4.2.5 two tenant association representatives 4.2.6 one Representative from User Groups as and when a user representative body is established 4.3 The Rayners Lane Estate Committee shall have regard to the desirability of appointing members to the Management Committee with relevant commercial and business expertise. 4.4 When the Development Trust takes over the management of the building, the Council will continue to be represented as set out in clause 4.2.
Management of the Centre and the Union shall work cooperatively to ensure that days used by the Union pursuant to this Article are used in such a way as to minimize disruption to students provided that, without the permission of the Centre, no teacher may use more thirty (30) days in any school year with the exception of the chairperson of the NSTU-AVRRC who may use not more than forty (40) days in said school year.

No regulations may impose obligations on the Tenant that are inconsistent with the Tenant’s rights and obligations under this Lease. The Tenant must not breach [any of the Landlord’s obligations (excluding payment of rents or other sums) relating to the Centre in the Head Lease or] any obligations affecting the freehold interest in the Centre at the date of this Lease.74 If compulsorily registrable, the Tenant must:75 within six weeks of the date of this Lease, apply to register and then take reasonable steps to complete the registration of this Lease and the Tenant’s rights at the Land Registry; and provide the Landlord with an official copy of the registered title promptly after receipt.76 The Tenant must within four weeks after the End Date, apply to the Land Registry to close and then take reasonable steps to complete the closure of any registered title relating to this Lease and to remove from the Landlord’s registered title(s) to the Centre any reference to this Lease and the Tenant’s rights. The Tenant must supply to the Landlord on a monthly basis (to enable the Landlord to monitor sales at and the performance of the Centre) details of daily gross turnover by means of the link provided by the Landlord (whether email, computer, telephone or any other method required by the Landlord).77] Where the Tenant makes any application to the Landlord for consent or approval under this Lease, the Tenant must provide to the Landlord all the information the Landlord requires to enable the Landlord to consider the application.

  • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.
