Mandated Reporter Training. In order to maintain consistency and reliability in compliance with mandated reporting and promote the health and welfare of students, Contractor, its, employees, intern, volunteers, subcontractors, agents and representatives who will or may have access to students through this Agreement shall complete mandated reporter training provided by California Department of Social Services (CDSS). Pursuant to this Agreement, Contractor and its employees, agents, interns or volunteers working with or around students shall be identified as a mandated reporter and must complete an CDSS mandated reporter acknowledgement form and CDSS mandated reporter training prior to providing services, and must annually undergo such training within the first six weeks of each new school year.
Mandated Reporter Training. (1) The Contractor shall ensure that all current employees and volunteers, who are mandated reporters or who have access to children, read and/or view the materials in DCYF’s Mandated Reporter Toolkit within thirty (30) days of the effective date of a first time DCYF Contract and annually thereafter; and that all newly hired employees and volunteers who are mandated reporters or who have access to children read and/or view the materials in the Mandated Reporter Toolkit within two (2) weeks of initial employment. After reading and reviewing the materials, each employee shall sign and date a statement acknowledging his or her duty to report child maltreatment and affirming that he or she understands when and how to report suspected child abuse or neglect. The Contractor shall retain the signed statement in each individual’s personnel file.

All drivers are to be provided with appropriate training and refresher courses each year in the following areas as a minimum: * Proper use of equipment including communications equipment; * Defensive driving; * Emergency and accident procedures; * Identifying unusual passenger behavior; * Student harassment and bullying; * Conducting evacuation drills; * Sensitivity training in working with disabled persons; * Human relation skills in working with parents, school staff, etc; * General vehicle maintenance and pre-trip inspections; and * Map reading and city street coordinates.   • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessments Where the Customer is required to complete a data protection impact assessment or privacy impact assessment under Data Protection Laws, Jamf, upon written request by the Customer, will provide reasonable assistance to the Customer in relation to that requirement. Customer is responsible for any costs arising from Jamf’s assistance to the extent such assistance exceeds the scope of Jamf’s obligations under Data Protection Laws and/or routine customer service.

  • Data Protection Impact Assessment If, pursuant to Data Protection Law, Customer (or its Controllers) are required to perform a data protection impact assessment or prior consultation with a regulator, at Customer’s request, SAP will provide such documents as are generally available for the Cloud Service (for example, this DPA, the Agreement, audit reports or certifications). Any additional assistance shall be mutually agreed between the Parties.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.

  • Health Examination 27-1 When the District determines that a MBU's health condition (mental or physical) may be impairing his/her job performance, the immediate supervisor, site administrator, or Regional Assistant Superintendent, with the concurrence of the Human Resources Department may, with just cause, direct the MBU to have a health examination at District expense. The MBU will be given a copy of the directive which will state the reason(s) for such examination. Following the examination, results will be sent by the Human Resources Department to the MBU and immediate supervisor. All communication which results from the implementation of this Article shall be handled in a confidential manner. ARTICLE TWENTY-EIGHT

  • Impact Assessment If Service Provider desires to make any change, upgrade, replacement or addition that may have an adverse impact or require changes as described in Section 9.6(c) or increase the risk of Service Provider not being able to provide the Services in accordance with this Agreement or violate or be inconsistent with DIR Standards or Strategic Plans, then Service Provider shall prepare a written risk assessment and mitigation plan (1) describing in detail the nature and extent of such adverse impact or risk, (2) describing any benefits, savings or risks to DIR or the DIR Customers associated with such change, and (3) proposing strategies to mitigate any adverse risks or impacts associated with such change and, after consultation and agreement with DIR, implement the plan.
