MANDATORY WORK ON STATUTORY HOLIDAYS. Except for the day shift employees, work will be scheduled on four (4) Statutory Holidays, two (2) days for each shift, and will be remunerated at the overtime rate. The replacement time off will be moved to between Christmas and New Year and will be paid according to 18.02
MANDATORY WORK ON STATUTORY HOLIDAYS. The Instrument Technician on duty for the week-end will also provide coverage on the Statutory Holidays. The Instrument Technician will receive the Statutory pay and will also receive a replacement Holiday. In all cases, pay will be at regular time. Coverage for the replacement Statutory Holiday will be made through the floater procedures in accord with article 18.01. ARTICLE 19 SCHEDULE “C” SUPPLEMENTARY TIME ON SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS

  • Public Holiday Work (a) For Employees other than Shiftworkers, double time and a half must be paid for any Public Holiday Work with a minimum payment of four hours.

  • Work on Holidays An employee who is required to work, or works with prior approval, any part of a holiday shall receive holiday compensatory time for up to eight (8) hours, on an hour for hour basis, for the actual non-overtime hours worked in addition to their regular rate of pay. An employee who works overtime on a holiday shall be compensated in accordance with all applicable pay and overtime provisions. An employee must use holiday compensatory time within one (1) year after having accrued that time.
