Maximum Vacation Leave Accumulation. An employee may accumulate and carry over to the next fiscal year unused vacation time at the end of the Town’s fiscal year at an amount equal to 2 times his/her annual rate of accrual. At the end of each fiscal year, any accrued vacation leave in excess of the above will be forfeited.
