Meetings and Gatherings. 3.8.1 Upon mutual agreement by members and administration, small in-person meetings that follow social distancing and PPE guidelines, may be held during the pandemic including, but not limited to 504s, IEPs, SSTs, professional development, committee meetings, district meetings, staff gatherings, and parent meetings. Staff may remote in to attend these meetings.

In-person meetings that require the attendance of a bargaining unit member, shall be held in a virtual setting for the 2020-2021 school year unless it is deemed safe through state safety and health guidelines (including but not limited to, staff meetings, 504s, IEPs, SSTs, professional development, committee meetings, district meetings, staff gatherings, parent meetings, and parent-teacher conferences). If a meeting is scheduled to be conducted in-person, a bargaining unit member may choose to attend the meeting remotely, unless required for specialized support services.
