METRE WIDTH. All requests from landowners, resource companies and other parties, wishing to construct roads to standard road design specifications on statutory local road allowances must adhere to the following procedures and guidelines:
METRE WIDTH. The Contractor shall comply with the Municipality’s policy regarding standard road design guidelines, as it may be amended or changed from time to time. The current municipal policy is as follows: All requests from landowners, resource companies and other parties, wishing to construct roads to standard road design specifications on statutory local road allowances must adhere to the following procedures and guidelines:  Application must be submitted in writing to the Manager of Transportation & Infrastructure for road construction on a statutory local road allowance and shall be subject to approval by the Manager of Transportation & Infrastructure, in conjunction with County Council.  The approval for conditions of road construction shall be in accordance with approved Standard Road Design Guidelines as set out in this policy.  All costs shall be borne by the applicant.  The applicant shall ensure natural drainage of the road right-of-way is maintained.  If there is a dead end in the road, a cul-de-sac type turnaround shall be provided. If there is insufficient area for the turnaround within the road allowance, the applicant shall acquire an easement in favor of the Municipality for additional area. If an easement is not obtainable or determined to not be necessary, the turnaround standard diameter of 30 metres shall be relaxed.  The applicant shall post all required traffic control signs and the posting of the signs shall be in accordance to the provincial and municipal guidelines and regulations.  The applicant shall enter in to an “Access and Work Agreement” with the Municipality to perform the road construction. Upon completion of the road construction and approval of same by the Manager of Transportation & Infrastructure, the Municipality shall assume responsibility for all future maintenance and upkeep of the road.  Depending on intended use and field conditions, the applicant may be required to provide engineering drawings and a letter of credit to cover the costs of the road construction.  Applications involving extraordinary circumstances, not covered within this policy shall be referred to Council for discussion and direction.  If the proposed road construction is located within an existing “Statutory Local Road Allowance” the County, with the approval of Council, may provide the engineering, culverts, gravel, fencing, and backsloping agreements.   • Scaling “Scaling,” as used herein, involves:

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Dimensions Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT (including Web/Internet, database applications and data warehousing) and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or project, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.

  • Speed The relative importance we attach is “high”.

  • Bandwidth the amount of data (quantified as “Mbps” or “Gbps”) made available to Customer as specified in a Service Order.

  • Workload An employee who believes that her workload is unsafe or consistently excessive shall discuss the problem with her immediate supervisor. If the problem is not resolved in this discussion, the employee may seek a remedy by means of the grievance procedure. If the matter is not resolved in the grievance procedure, it may be referred to troubleshooter who shall: a) investigate the difference; b) define the issue in the difference; and c) make written recommendations to resolve the differences.

  • Meters (a) You must allow safe and unhindered access to your premises for the purposes of reading and maintaining the meters (where relevant). (b) We will use our best endeavours to ensure that a meter reading is carried out as frequently as is needed to prepare your bills, consistently with the metering rules and in any event at least once every 12 months.

  • Pressure The System user is not entitled to deliver natural gas to Gas Connect Austria at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG at a pressure of below 49 bar. Normal cubic meter (Nm³) is a cubic meter of natural gas at 273.15 K (= 0°C) and 101,325 kPa (=1.01325 bara). The natural gas delivered by the System User at the Entry Point Xxxxxxxxxx WAG for transportation must be in line with the following chemical and physical specifications:

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.
