MILK TREATMENT TEAM. The following annualized salaries apply to employees classified and engaged as a member of the Milk Treatment Team From 1st June 2006 From 1st June 2007 From 1st June 2008 70,511 73,331 76,264 Milk Treatment Team members will receive five weeks annual leave per annum Milk Treatment Team members agree to undertake training to enable them to work alone and unassisted across all areas of the department. Employees may following consultation with the manager be required to undertake work within other areas of the factory where their normal work is not available, up to the average rostered weekly hours of the Milk Treatment Team. The allocation and carrying out of work shall be determined by considerations of safety, ability, applicable legislative requirements, and the equitable sharing of work loads amongst employees. All employees are required to assist other employees in the provision of training within the Milk Treatment area. The milk treatment team will meet on no less than at one monthly intervals. All salaries are calculated on an annual basis, paid in weekly instalments, and are inclusive of all overtime, shift loadings and other allowances that might otherwise be applicable. The employees party to this provision can withdraw from this provision by providing three months written notice to the Employer. The Employer can withdraw from this provision by providing three months written notice to the employees. If Milk Treatment team annualized salaries arrangements are terminated for whatever reason, the employees shall be classified in accordance with the Classification Structure at Appendix The regulation of work, including attendance, is managed by agreement between staff and management. This will include the requirement that there must be appropriate cover available whenever the site is operating. There will also be agreed performance measures introduced to determine the effectiveness of the services provided by the team. These will include process improvement, reduced down time by line and process, chemical consumption, detergent control, CIP efficiencies, improved testing regimes and the continued training of operators in in-process testing.   • Medical Treatment Undersigned understands that the Released Parties do not have medical personnel available at the location of the activities. Undersigned hereby grants the Released Parties permission to administer first aid or to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. Undersigned understands and agrees that any such action by the Released Parties shall be subject to the terms of this agreement and release, including any liability arising from the negligence of the Released Parties when administering first aid or authorizing others to do so. Undersigned understands and agrees that the Released Parties do not assume responsibility for any injury or damage which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment.

  • Emergency Medical Treatment I grant the Releasees permission to authorize emergency medical treatment as they deem appropriate, and agree that such action by the Releasees shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. I understand and agree that the Releasees assume no responsibility for any injury or damage that might result from such emergency medical treatment.

For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema.   • Treatment Program Testing The Employer may request or require an employee to undergo drug and alcohol testing if the employee has been referred by the employer for chemical dependency treatment or evaluation or is participating in a chemical dependency treatment program under an employee benefit plan, in which case the employee may be requested or required to undergo drug or alcohol testing without prior notice during the evaluation or treatment period and for a period of up to two years following completion of any prescribed chemical dependency treatment program.

  • National Treatment In the sectors inscribed in its Schedule, and subject to any conditions and qualifications set out therein, each Party shall accord to services and service suppliers of the other Party treatment no less favourable than that it accords, in like circumstances, to its own services and service suppliers.
