Meal. Any breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner or late-night snack, determined based on the meal period during which the food is served.
Meal. An employee who works two and one-half (2.5) hours of overtime immediately before or following their scheduled hours of work shall receive a meal and fifteen (15) minutes with pay to allow for a break.

When an employee is required to and does work for three (3) or hours of overtime after his normal shift he shall be provided with a hot meal or five dollars ($5.00) if the Hospital is unable to provide the meal or has been unable to schedule a break during the overtime period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the overtime assignment is for a period of three (3) hours, not more or less, the employee is not required to take a hot meal, if available, and may claim the five dollars ($5.00) payment. Not applicable.
Meal. Artist requests a hot meal between the end of sound check and the commencement of the show. At the venue's discretion this could either be catered, or the venue can provide a selection of menus from nearby restaurants. If catered, please check with ARTIST's management to ensure that the meal as planned is satisfactory to the ARTIST (note: ARTIST has no dietary restrictions).
Meal. In the event an employee is required to work more than two (2) hours overtime following a regular shift and for each additional five (5) hours of overtime he/she shall be provided or reimbursed $12.00 for a meal by the CITY and be given a reasonable amount of time to eat. Employee will not be paid for any time utilized to eat. Reimbursement will be included in the employee’s semi-monthly payroll check.
Meal. Cinematographer’s entire crew shall be provided with dinner entrees equivalent to those being served to guests at the Event, and permitted reasonable time to eat. Client understands Cinematographer should be fed during the reception, preferably while Bride and Groom are eating their entrees, so as to cause minimal disruption to Cinematographer’s coverage of the Event. In the event that a dinner entree(s) is not provided to Cinematographer, Cinematographer reserves the right to leave the Event to obtain its meal(s), and may be absent from the Event for a period of time not to exceed one (1) hour to do so. Cinematographer shall not be held liable for failing to cover any occurrences, such as speeches, formal dances, etc., while eating, or while off- site procuring meal(s).
Meal. If a bus driver works continuously for ten (10) hours, the District will reimburse for two (2) meals. NOTE: Less than thirty (30) minutes is not considered a break in continuous duty time. All meals will be reimbursed at the current District rate with an accompanying receipt.

25.3 Employees who are called out on weekends or on scheduled days off and are not given a minimum of one (1) hour to report shall be allowed meals as scheduled above. Employee will not be paid for time utilized to eat over one-half (½) hour.
25.4 For health purposes, all employees shall be provided clean up facilities prior to meals.
25.5 When applicable, Street & Sanitation Divisions employees will eat meals after the end of the work shift. An additional one-half (1/2) hour will be paid with the meal allowance in accordance with the contract. Meals in this case may be taken at the employee’s leisure.
Meal. Food which is served to enrolled participants during their attendance at an institution, child care facility or adult day care facility and which meets the nutritional requirements listed in Department Guidance Memorandums and 7 CFR 226.
