SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. Seniority Employees who were members of PSE bargaining units prior to July 1, 2005, will retain the seniority they have accumulated prior to that date. For employees entering PSE bargaining units after July 1, 2005, the seniority date will be the date the employee commenced regular employment in a Western Washington University (Western) classified position, after adjustments described in Subsections 31.5 and
SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. Section A Seniority is defined as that period of continuous full-time employment by the School District in a particular classification. Seniority shall be used to determine the order of selection of vacation dates. Longevity is defined as that period of continuous full-time employment by the School District. Bargaining Unit Longevity is defined as continuous full-time employment with the RBMA. Section B Seniority Longevity, and Bargaining Unit Longevity are terminated upon the following:

SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. 1. Seniority means the length of continuous service with the Department of Transportation or its predecessor agency since the employee's last date of hire. Length of service from the last date of hire in a temporary position shall be recognized as seniority after the employee has been assigned to a permanent position.
SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. 3.3.1 The seniority of an employee within the bargaining unit shall be established as of the date on which the employee began regular employment in a bargaining unit position or in a position subsequently included in the bargaining unit. Employees who leave the bargaining unit will not maintain their seniority. Employees who are on leave to fill a temporary position in the District shall be subject to the provisions of Article IV, Section 4.1.1.
SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. Section 1. Seniority means an employee's length of continuous service in a classification (title and grade) in the bargaining unit. When length of continuous service is identical, the tie shall be broken with a coin toss. Seniority shall not be interrupted by reclassification, involuntary transfer, or an employee transferring to another classification in the bargaining unit because his or her position is scheduled for elimination.
SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. 9.1 Seniority means a trooper's length of continuous service, as a trooper, with the Employer since the last date of hire. When more than one trooper is hired on the same date, seniority shall be determined by graduation order from patrol school.
SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. A pilot will retain and continue to accrue seniority and longevity during the leave.
SENIORITY AND LONGEVITY. 11.1 Longevity will be computed and compensated for in accordance with the provisions of the State Pay Plan Rules promulgated by the Department of Administration.
