Contractor shall provide a description of the scheduled operational hours of the Recovery Centers. Hours of operation should be sufficient for clients with/without obligations such as; work, school and family to participate in recovery services offered which may include times such as nights, weekends and holidays. iii. Contractor shall maintain sufficient staff, volunteers and interns with adequate knowledge, skills and ability; available during operating hours to maintain Recovery Center operations and services. Volunteers and interns shall be supervised by regular status staff. iv. Contractor shall ensure staff, volunteers and interns are trained and instructed in the facilities emergency procedures. v. Contractor shall maintain all Federal, State and locally required, permits, licenses, clearances and certifications necessary for operation of program services.
