Neighbor Notification. At least fifteen (15) calendar days before any construction begins on the permit site, the permit holder shall provide mailed notice to all property owners within three hundred fifty (350) feet of the permit site inviting them to a neighborhood informational meeting. Mailing labels are available through Hennepin County Property Division. The meeting shall be held at least five (5) days before any construction commences and shall be held within three (3) miles of the permit site. Topics discussed must include the construction plans, hours of operation, work schedule, estimated completion date, erosion and sediment control, dumpster location, noise mitigation, dust control, portable bathroom location, debris removal schedule, and site placement for building materials and equipment. The permit holder shall maintain a copy of the written meeting notice, the agenda, and a confirmed attendance list, which shall be available for review by the city. (MCO 89.30 (2))

Neighbor Notification. A. Licensee is responsible for notifying neighbors of California State University Northridge, within a radius to be determined by the Licensing Office, when significant impact may result from special event activities. It is the responsibility of Licensee to ensure that impact to the surrounding area kept to a minimum. The Licensing office will determine when neighbor notification is required. The Licensing office will review and approve notification language prior to distribution. Licensee will be responsible for distributing the approved notification not less than twenty-four hours in advance of the event date.

Deposit bottles may be returned for deposit and the proceeds kept by participants. ○ No materials or debris shall be swept or disposed of into roadways, sidewalks, catch basins or storm drains. ● Tracking Hours: Adopter(s) are encouraged to keep track of and report all hours spent. Parks staff will tally this information, which helps the Village in the following ways: ○ Accounts for total donated time to the Village for statistical reports. ○ Quantifies the growth or decline in volunteer participation. ○ Assists students in documenting community service hours. ● Adding members to your Group at a later date: ○ New members that join your group must sign and return the Volunteer Waiver to the Adopt-a-Spot Coordinator prior to participating. ○ Group leaders are responsible for training new members in their tasks and program Safety Rules.

Neighbor Notification. Prior to the start of any construction work, WANRack shall provide written notice to the businesses and/or residences adjacent to the work being done. If an emergency requires activity without such written notice, WANRack shall use reasonable best efforts to provide timely actual notice to the owners or other persons having lawful control of the adjoining property. Upon request, WANRack shall promptly furnish to City documentation of such permission from such other affected property owner.
