Nominal Hours. Full time staff The nominal hours for a full time employee shall be 38 hours per week worked over 5 days per week Monday to Friday, but in some special project situations may involve weekend work. Part time staff Staff regularly employed for more than 8 hours per week and less than 35 hours per week shall be paid as part time staff, and will be eligible for all conditions herein on a pro rata basis. Casual staff Casual staff shall be those employed irregularly on a needs basis. Hourly rates for such staff will be equivalent to the hourly rate for the position plus 20% casual loading. Casual staff will be paid for actual hours worked each week.

Therefore, the Customer must be aware that trading cannot be guaranteed continuously. The trading hours with Crypto Assets have no influence on the trading hours of other asset classes at Trade Republic, which can be retrieved on the Trade Republic Website or in the Application.

  • Reasonable Additional Hours All hours worked over an average of 38 ordinary hours per week, will be deemed to be additional hours. All hours worked by permanent part-time employees beyond their specified number of hours will be treated as additional hours for the purpose of this subclause. From time to time, employees may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. All additional hours worked will be paid in accordance with this Agreement. An employee may not be required to work additional hours in circumstances where the working of additional hours would result in the employee working hours which are unreasonable having regards to (refer to section 226 of the Act):

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).

  • Opening hours The restaurant must inform Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd of its hours of operation (the “Opening Hours”), and of any changes to such Opening Hours. If the hours of operation are stated on the menu, Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd shall be entitles to treat these as the Opening Hours unless the Restaurant informs Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd otherwise.

  • Additional Holidays Every day declared by the President, or the Governor of this State, as a public fast, mourning, thanksgiving, or holiday, or any day declared by the Governing Board under Education Code Section 45203 shall be a paid holiday for all employees in the bargaining unit.
