Non-Continuous Shift Work. Where an employee has worked on only one or two of such type of shifts during the period of 12 months referred to such an employee shall not be regarded as a continuous shift worker for the purposes of this clause.
Non-Continuous Shift Work. The maximum number of ordinary hours on any shift, excluding a meal break, shall be 10. The meal break shall be taken no later than 5 hours after the commencement of the shift. Except at the regular change over shifts, an Employee shall not be required to work more than one shift in any 24 hours.

Non-Continuous Shift Work. Team members will be entitled during each shift to a paid meal break of 20 minutes.
