Continuous Shift Work. Continuous Shift Work means ordinary hours of work carried on with consecutive shifts of people throughout the 24 hours of each of at least six consecutive days without interruption, except during breakdowns or meal breaks or due to unavoidable causes beyond the control of the Company. Continuous Shift Work. Continuous shift work is when at the completion of a shift, a second shift continues to execute the work.
Continuous Shift Work. (a) The hours of work for shift workers shall be as per the hours of work for full-time Employees, provided that the method of working shifts by shift workers shall be as mutually agreed upon between the employer and the Employee's representative and/or a majority of the Employees involved.
Continuous Shift Work a) Employees may be required to undertake Continuous Shift Work where the majority of those hours of work are outside of the ordinary hours of work specified in clause 15(b).
Continuous Shift Work. Ordinary Hours worked on Continuous Shift Work shall be paid at the applicable Annualised Hourly Rate set out in Appendix A. Overtime worked on Continuous Shift Work shall be paid at the applicable Overtime Rates set out in Appendix A. Overtime worked on a Holiday shall be paid at the applicable Overtime Rates set out in Appendix A.
Continuous Shift Work shift work which includes rostering on Saturday’s, Sunday and Public Holidays which attract the appropriate penalty rates;

Continuous Shift Work. The Company reserves the right to enter into discussion with employees concerning the introduction of 12-hour shifts in accordance with Clause 16 HOURS OF DUTY of the Rubber Workers (STATE) Award.
Continuous Shift Work a combination of days and hours and/or rostered shift agreed between the parties commencing at 7.00am or 7.00pm and completed at 7.00pm or 7.00am, that being 12 hours.
Continuous Shift Work a) Shift cover will be provided as requested (within reason) to meet the business needs of the Employer. Each team will formulate the methods that are required to meet this cover and these will be reviewed periodically during each year.
