NOTICES AND COMPLAINTS. The Company has not received any notice of enforcement, prohibition, improvement, remediation or other notice of equivalent nature, or any judgment, order, decree, award, demand or decision in respect of the Environment from any court, tribunal, arbitrator or governmental or regulatory authority and there have been no complaints, investigations, enquiries, requests for information or other formal or informal indications of any possible claims or legal actions in respect of the Environment from any person including any neighbour, governmental or regulatory authority, current or former employee or third party.

NOTICES AND COMPLAINTS. ‌ (a) As per Section 7, it is an important condition of this contract that you provide us with a valid and current email address through which we can make contact with you at all times. In the event that we do not hold a valid or current email address, you may be liable for additional charges that arise through our inability to contact you about your account or other matters in a timely and efficient manner. We also may provide you with a specific email address that enables you to access our customer portal though which a range of information, both specific to you and general to the Services may be made available from time to time. This email address may also be required for actions such as online viewing of invoices, raising trouble tickets and receiving correspondence from us. We are committed to preventing the use of unfair practices in the Services, including but not limited to player collusion. We are also committed to detecting and preventing the use of software programs which are designed to enable artificial intelligence to play on Our Platforms including, but not limited to, opponent-profiling, cheating software, automated computerized software or other equivalent mechanism, or anything else that We deem enables You to have an unfair advantage over other players not using such programs or systems (“AI”). You acknowledge that We will take measures to detect and prevent the use of such programs and AI using methods (including but not limited to reading the list of currently running programs on a player's computer or device) and You agree not to use any AI and/or any such programs.
NOTICES AND COMPLAINTS. 15.1. Each notice or other communication under this Agreement is to be made by push notifications via the App. 15.2. AIX CSD has the right to post any notice to all Clients on website of AIX which shall be considered a proper communication. 15.3. A communication is deemed to be received by the addressee in case of push notifications via the App, posting on website by AIX CSD, when posted. 15.4. By signing the Agreement, the Client agrees to receive push notifications through the App from AIX CSD. The Client can opt out of receiving push notifications through the device settings, but option out of receiving push notifications may impact the use of the Custody Services. 15.5. AIX CSD handles any complaints of the Client in accordance with AIX CSD Business Rules.

NOTICES AND COMPLAINTS. Neither CRG (as it relates to the business division of CRG that is subject of the Hive Down Agreement) nor Screening has, in relation to the business conducted by CRG or Screening prior to the date of this Agreement: (A) received any notice (including any enforcement notice), letter or complaint from the Information Commissioner or any other person alleging breach by it of the DPA 1984 or the DPA 1998; (B) been the subject of any claim for compensation for loss or unauthorised disclosure of data; (C) received any notification of an application for rectification, blocking, erasure or destruction of personal data or been the subject of any order for the same; or (D) been or is not the subject of any warrant which has been issued under Schedule 4 of the DPA 1984 or Schedule 9 of the DPA 1998 authorising the Information Commissioner (or any of its officers or servants) to enter the Premises, and there are no circumstances which exist or which are likely to give rise to any such notice, claim, notification or warrant being served given or made.
