Notification of Classification. 28.1 The Employer shall notify each Employee in writing on commencement of their classification and terms of employment.
28.2 The Employer shall notify each Employee of any alteration to their classification in writing no later than the operative day of such alteration.

Notification of Classification. 26.1 On the commencement of the Doctor’s employment the Health Service must notify the Doctor in writing of his or her classification and terms of employment.

48.3.1. (b) In addition to the provisions of clause 18 - Training the following applies:
(i) whilst already employed and appropriately classified under the Agreement, as provided in clause 23 or 48.3.1.(b)(ii) prior to being employed and appropriately classified under the Agreement, as provided in clause 23 or 48.3.1.(b)(iii) as a trainee, as set out in clause 48.3.4 or 48.3.1.(b)(iv) as a trainee under the National Training Wage Award and clause 48.3.1.(b)(v) as a cadet, as provided for in clause 48.3.6.
Notification of Classification. 3.3.1.1 Position Descriptions for each role covered by this Agreement will detail the classification level of the role. A classification from P&A1 to P&A6 will be applied.
3.3.1.2 Employees shall be notified in writing of the position and classification to which they have been appointed.
3.3.1.3 The pay increments agreed in this Agreement will apply to classifications P&A1 to P&A6 as will the overtime rates apply for these same classifications for all time worked beyond the ordinary hours of work.
