Objections to Evaluation. A copy of the written evaluation shall be submitted to the teacher at the time of the personal conference following the evaluation. A copy would then be signed indicating completion of the conference and returned to the Administration. In the event that the teacher feels his/her evaluation was incomplete or unjust, within ten (10) days following the personal conference, he/she may put his/her objections in writing and have them attached to the evaluation report of the principal to be placed in his/her personnel file. All evaluations shall be based upon the criteria found in the teacher evaluation form.

Objections to Evaluation. An employee who disagrees with any evaluation may submit his/her views thereon in writing for inclusion in the employee's personnel file, provided such is submitted as prescribed by Section 2.3 of this Agreement. An employee shall also have the right to a review by a committee consisting of two (2) employees chosen by the evaluatee, and two (2) persons chosen by the Superintendent or designee, one (1) of whom shall be an employee. The committee shall make a report which shall be appended to the evaluation.
Objections to Evaluation. An employee who has received an unsatisfactory summative evaluation rating and disagrees with that rating may follow the procedures that have been mutually agreed upon by the PERA Joint Committee.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. The Choate Team will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA.   • Program Evaluation The School District and the College will develop a plan for the evaluation of the Dual Credit program to be completed each year. The evaluation will include, but is not limited to, disaggregated attendance and retention rates, GPA of high-school-credit-only courses and college courses, satisfactory progress in college courses, state assessment results, SAT/ACT, as applicable, TSIA readiness by grade level, and adequate progress toward the college-readiness of the students in the program. School District agrees to obtain valid FERPA releases drafted to support the supply of such data if deemed required by counsel to either School District or the College. The College conducts and reports regular and ongoing evaluations of the Dual Credit program effectiveness and uses the results for continuous improvement.

  • Independent Evaluation Buyer is experienced and knowledgeable in the oil and gas business. Buyer has been advised by and has relied solely on its own expertise and legal, tax, accounting, marketing, land, engineering, environmental and other professional counsel concerning this transaction, the Subject Property and value thereof.

The Administrator may respond to the evaluation in writing and such response shall be attached to and included in the Administrator’s personnel file.

  • Self-Evaluation Each regular faculty member shall provide a self-evaluation. It shall address, among other items, the faculty member's fulfillment of professional responsibilities as referenced in Section 18.2.3 and an assessment of his or her own performance. The faculty member will share the self-evaluation with the Faculty Evaluation Committee and the first-level manager or designee. The self-evaluation will become part of the evaluation report.
