Obtaining Warranty Performance. If the Customer has a justified claim covered by this “Limited Warranties for PV Modules”, an immediate notification directly to Phono Solar shall be filed by mailing a registered letter in writing to the address of Phono Solar listed hereunder, or by, sending an email letter to the email account of Phono Solar Service Center listed hereunder as soon as becoming aware of the circumstances which constitute a warranty case. Together with the notification, the Customer should enclose the following information: ◼ The necessary contact information of the Customer, including its name, address, telephone, email, etc., ◼ The corresponding serial number of the Product(s) ◼ The date on which the Product(s) have been delivered and installed ◼ The pictures of the defective Module which show the defect and/or the pictures which show the shadowing situation at the installation location The timely receipt of the notification by Phono Solar shall be decisive. The return of any PV-modules will not be accepted unless prior written authorization for the return and evaluation of the claimed defect has been given by Phono Solar. To the extent necessary for processing the return request Phono Solar or its authorized person shall be given commercially reasonable access to the Product(s) for inspection and analysis of the claimed defect. In connection with both the “Limited Product Warranties” and “Limited Peak Power Warranties”, Phono Solar shall reimburse Customer for reasonable, customary and documented transportation charges by sea freight for both the return of the Product(s) and reshipment of any repaired or replaced Product(s), only if this cost is authorized by Phono Solar customer service department.

An invoice with clear indication of the purchase date, purchase price, module type, stamp or signature of Sunrise or its distributors should also be submitted as part of the evidence. The return of any PV-modules will not be accepted unless prior written authorization has been given by Sunrise. Sunrise shall reimburse CUSTOMER for reasonable, customary and documented transportation charges by sea freight for both the return of the MODULES and reshipment of any repaired or replaced MODULES, only if this cost is authorized by Sunrise customer service department.
Obtaining Warranty Performance. In order to obtain warranty service under the Jinko Limited Warranty, the end user Customer should promptly notify Jinko regional customer service center. Together with the notification, the complete serial number printed on the module label and the shipment date of its Modules shall be marked as well. If the Modules will be returned for inspection, repair or replacement by Jinko, Jinko will give the Customer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). However, Jinko will not accept a return of any Modules without a RMA.

Obtaining Warranty Performance. X. Xxxxxxxx claims should be sent to (a) the dealer who sold the modules, or (b) the authorized Chint Solar distributor who sold the modules, or (c) Chint Solar at the address above. B. Warranty claims must be sent by registered mail or courier. The claims must include the serial number of the defective module(s), accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice and purchase contract, and must state: "We hereby accept, and agree to, the choice of law, the choice of an expert appraiser and the choice of arbitration as set out in Clause 6 of your Limited Warranty for Thin Film PV Modules on which our claim is based." Together with the notification, the customer should enclose evidence of the date of sale on which the modules were purchased. Incomplete notifications claims that do not meet the notification deadline of Clause 4, Section C will not be processed. C. Any claim under this limited warranty shall be forfeited if (a) the customer does not notify Chint Solar or their distributors of such claim in writing in accordance with Clause 4 paragraph A within twenty (20) days after discovering or after the customer should have discovered, the defect claimed under warranty; or (b) the customer does not commence court or arbitration action within six (6) months after proper notification of the claim. D. Chint Solar reserves the right to deliver another type of module (different in size, form, color, shape and/or power) to replace the claimed one if it is no longer in production when the warranty claim is received. E. The repair, replacement, or additional delivery of a module neither renews nor extends the period of the warranty. F. Any claimed/defective product that has been replaced by Chint Solar shall become the property of Chint Solar. The claimed/defective product shall be returned or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the instructions of Chint Solar and at the customer’s expense.

If the Modules will be returned to Perlight for inspection, repair or replacement by Perlight, Perlight will give the Customer a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). However, Perlight will not accept a return of any Modules without an RMA.
