This project may give your agency the opportunity to collaborate in the type of groundbreaking research that only comes along once in a lifetime. This being the case we need to ensure that we are selecting a team capable of meeting the task. This effort will require examples of successful previous large-scale projects. Our stakeholders will work very closely with the selected agencies team for months on end. We need clear examples of your past success in mobile application development to help us make our decision. • History - Please tell us about your agency’s background and a brief summary of why you believe you would be the best choice for this project. • Differentiators: Please give examples of the unique characteristics that make your agency stand above the rest. • Portfolio - Please give 5 reference projects of the top full native app builds that your organization has completed. Include a high-level summary and visual examples of design, UX and infrastructure for each example. • Reference Projects - Projects should be similar in nature to The BrainHealth Project. We are seeking examples that include some of the following qualities: similar in design, research focused, large scale data collection, content delivery, health/wearable related, university/education projects. • Awards and Recognitions - Mention the awards and/or recognition that your agency has received for any projects similar to this one. • Design - Examples of previous design work from full native mobile applications should include selections from the following: final screens, prototypes of UX design applications, wireframes with final states, thumbnails with final states, user journey maps or any other design process documents. • Development - Examples of previous development work for full native mobile applications should include infrastructure diagrams, specifics examples of complex system integrations • Engagement Management - Please include information about the engagement management team. This should include details of frequency of contact with engagement managers, capabilities of the engagement management team. Will they also be a development or design team? Special order items are not returnable and will not be exchanged. If a manufacture will take back an item they consider returnable, the return must have an RMA and be returned within 90 days in the original carton. All freight, restocking, damage plus a service fee will be deducted form the credit for equipment. * 52 Describe any service contract options for the items included in your proposal. We offer preventative maintenance contracts for refrigeration equipment in Texas. DFW, Houston, Beaumont and Austin. * 53 Describe your payment terms and accepted payment methods. Standard payment terms are Net 30 days. To be considered for an open account, all new customers will be required to complete a New Customer Application and provide tax exemption certification if applicable.
