On-Site Monitoring. Grantee shall be subject to on-site financial monitoring by the Department at any time.
On-Site Monitoring a. DSHS may conduct on-site monitoring visits to ensure the Contractor’s (and subcontractor’s) performance and compliance with these Contract terms and conditions, and applicable laws and regulations.

On-Site Monitoring. Grantee is subject to on-site financial monitoring by TJJD at any time. Audits may be supplemented by interviews with staff in the juvenile probation department, county auditor’s office, and county treasurer’s office. Findings may result in a performance rating profile report or may result in a NCCR for non- compliance with grant requirements. Grantee shall ensure all agents comply with all requests for information during the course of an audit.
On-Site Monitoring. The Contractor shall permit to at least one on-site visit during the biennium Contract period during the period of performance of this Contract in order for the County to monitor and document compliance with Contract performance criteria. In addition, the Contractor shall comply with all County requests for additional monitoring information, including any audit and any independent documentation.
On-Site Monitoring. MCC reserves the right to conduct on-site monitoring and verification of the Country Contribution, including, without limitation, by physical inspection of source documents (e.g., timesheets, invoices, valuation reports, and bank statements), site visits and interviews.

Representatives of Client may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to Provider, visit the facilities where the Services are provided and consult informally during such visits with appropriate Personnel in order to monitor the Services. The representatives will be bound by rules applicable to the facilities and may, at the reasonable discretion of Provider, be prohibited from entering or only given limited access to certain areas within the facilities. Provider may require that Client or the representatives execute an agreement that regulates the representatives’ conduct during its visit. Client shall be responsible for all expenses incurred in connection with such visits, and all its personnel must be subject to the same level of confidentiality as in this Agreement.

Representatives of Client may, upon reasonable notice and at times reasonably acceptable to Provider, visit the facilities where the Services are provided and consult informally during such visits with appropriate Personnel in order to monitor the Services. The representatives will be bound by rules applicable to the facilities and may, at the reasonable discretion of Provider, be prohibited from entering or only given limited access to certain areas within the facilities. This access will not be unreasonably withheld. Provider may require that Client or the representatives execute an agreement containing reasonable terms that regulate the representatives’ conduct during their visit. Client shall be responsible for its own expenses incurred in connection with such visits.
On-Site Monitoring. The Agency agrees to allow representatives of Central Illinois Foodbank, donors and government agencies to inspect and audit all facilities and vehicles where products from the Foodbank are received, stored and distributed, with or without notice.
On-Site Monitoring. The approved business shall, upon prior reasonable notice and at any time (during normal business hours), permit the department, its representatives or the state auditor to examine, audit or copy any plans and work details pertaining to the project; all of the approved business’s books, records, and accounts relating to the project; and all other documentation or materials related to the agreement.
