On-Site Visits. 1. ESMA does not intend to conduct any On-site Visits of the Covered CCPs as part of its assessment of compliance and monitoring of the ongoing compliance by Covered CCPs with the Recognition Conditions, since under Article 25(6) of EMIR the European Commission has adopted the Equivalence Decision.
2. Given that ESMA, in respect of Covered CCPs, relies as appropriate on the supervision and enforcement capabilities of the Local Authorities, which supervise and enforce compliance with the applicable Laws and Regulations of the Local Authorities, On-site Visits by ESMA officers will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.
3. In such exceptional circumstances, the Authorities should discuss and reach understanding on the terms regarding an On-site Visit by ESMA officers, in particular in determining the respective roles and responsibilities of the Authorities. ESMA will act in accordance with the following procedure before conducting an On-site Visit:
a) ESMA will consult the Local Authorities with a view to reaching an understanding on the intended timeframe for, and the purpose and scope of, any On-site Visit. Each Local Authority may, in its discretion, accompany or assist the visiting ESMA officials during the On-site Visit.
b) When establishing the scope of any proposed On-site Visit by ESMA officials, ESMA will consider the supervisory activities of the Local Authorities given ESMA's reliance as appropriate on the supervision and enforcement capabilities of the Local Authorities in respect of the Covered CCPs and will consider any information that was made available or is capable of being made available by the Local Authorities.
c) The Local Authorities will assist ESMA in reviewing, interpreting and analysing the contents of public and non-public Books and Records and obtaining information from directors and senior management of a Covered CCP.
On-Site Visits. Any employee, director, officer, agent or consultant of one Party that enters the premises or property of the other Party shall follow all policies and procedures of the other Party in place on those premises, including, without limitation, all policies and procedures relating to health, safety and the protection of confidential or trade secret information.
On-Site Visits. During Escalation, either party may request that the other party send engineers on-site to resolve escalated problems. Typical situations for which a party may request on-site Visits may include: (i) when the Customer perceives that its business relationship is deteriorating due to persistent problems with the ClearCommerce Programs, or (ii) when it is not possible or is extremely inconvenient to reproduce the problem remotely, at the ClearCommerce site, or at HP in a timely fashion.
On-Site Visits. 1. In case of information to be obtained through on-site visits, including those performed in the framework of supervisory programmes according to Article 26, the Authorities should discuss and reach an understanding on the terms of such on-site visits, taking into full account each other’s sovereignty, applicable legislation and statutory obligations, in particular, in determining the respective roles and responsibilities of the Authorities. The Authorities will act in accordance with the following procedure before conducting a cross- border on-site visit.
a) The Authorities will consult with a view to reaching an understanding on the intended timeframe for and the scope of any on-site visit. The Requested Authority will decide whether the visiting officials will be accompanied by its officials during the visit.
b) When establishing the scope of any proposed visit, the Requesting Authority will give due and full consideration to the supervisory activities of the Requested Authority and any information that was made available or is capable of being made available by the Requested Authority.
c) The Authorities will assist each other in reviewing, interpreting and analysing the contents of public and non-public documents and obtaining information from relevant directors, senior management, employees of the Covered Entities, or any other Person.
2. In circumstances where the Authorities jointly perform an on-site visit they will give each other an opportunity to consult and discuss the findings arising from the on-site visit.
3. In circumstances where only one Authority performs the on-site visit, the Authority which has conducted the on-site visit will share its findings and / or report on the on-site visit with the other Authority.
On-Site Visits. Client may visit the Greenhouse Loft Facility by appointment only and at the discretion of GHL Events, LLC. All site visits by Client’s Service Providers must also be done by appointment only (e.g., caterer, florist, chair/table rental company, etc.).
On-Site Visits. If Primus and Distributor mutually determine that Primus -------------- may more effectively resolve a High Priority Error with an on-site visit to Distributor's or the End User's relevant location, then Distributor shall be responsible for Primus' reasonable travel and living expenses incurred in conducting such visit. If Distributor requests Primus to attend on-site for any other purpose, and Primus agrees, then Distributor shall pay Primus for Primus' services on a time and materials basis, at Primus' then current daily rates for the Territory, and shall reimburse Primus for Primus' reasonable travel and living expenses.

In such exceptional circumstances, the Authorities should discuss and reach understanding on the terms regarding an On-site Visit by ESMA officers, in particular in determining the respective roles and responsibilities of the Authorities. ESMA will act in accordance with the following procedure before conducting an On-site Visit:
a) ESMA will consult the People’s Bank of China with a view to reaching an understanding on the intended timeframe for, and the purpose and scope of, any On-site Visit. The People’s Bank of China may, in its discretion, accompany or assist the visiting ESMA officials during the On-site Visit.
b) When establishing the scope of any proposed On-site Visit by ESMA officials, ESMA will consider the supervisory activities of the People’s Bank of China given ESMA's reliance as appropriate on the supervision and enforcement capabilities of the People’s Bank of China in respect of the Covered CCPs and will consider any information that was made available or is capable of being made available by the People’s Bank of China.
c) The People’s Bank of China will assist ESMA in reviewing, interpreting and analysing the contents of public and non-public Books and Records and obtaining information from directors and senior management of a Covered CCP.
On-Site Visits. Celsee shall permit Zomedica’s authorized representatives to visit Celsee’s premises where the Research Study is being conducted, during normal working hours, to meet with any person involved in the Research Study, to validate reported information against the records, and to determine whether the Research Study is being conducted in compliance with this Agreement. Authorized representatives shall comply with Celsee’s visitor rules when on site at Celsee.
On-Site Visits. The Superintendent or designee shall conduct an on-site visit to an NPS/A before the placement of a student at the school or agency, if the district does not have any other students currently enrolled at the NPS/A. (Education Code 56366.1) At least once per year, the Superintendent or designee shall conduct an on-site monitoring visit to each NPS/A at which the district has a student attending and with which it maintains a master contract. The monitoring visit shall include, but is not limited to: (Education Code 56366.1)
On-Site Visits. The COURT shall be allowed to access, review and discuss activities and records and shall be allowed to interview individual youth, family, and/or VENDOR’S staff that are served or paid in whole or in part under this AGREEMENT.
