Operations Supervision. 3.4.1 At no time shall the Contractor permit the Sportsplex to be unsupervised when it is being utilized by the public; 3.4.2 At least one qualified staff member must be present at the Sportsplex during all league activities, plus additional staff may be required during peak usage periods in order to ensure the safety of everyone using the facility; 3.4.3 Supervision may be provided by non-qualified staff during open ice time, however, at no time will the Sportsplex be supervised solely by an individual under the age of 18 years old; 3.4.4 The Contractor shall manage access to the dressing rooms by ensuring keys are signed in and out by user groups and joint inspections are completed with a representative of the user group before and after the dressing rooms are used. A log is available under Schedule E; 3.4.5 The Contractor shall ensure that parties utilizing the facility have vacated the building at the conclusion of their activity; and 3.4.6 As a town facility, there is zero tolerance for harassment or violence at the Sportsplex, and the Contractor and their employees must uphold this policy. Minor issues should be directed to the Manager of Recreation & Community Development and major issues reported immediately to the RCMP.

Understands, develops and utilizes specific measures for communication of production KPIs performance and opportunities. ▪ Management: Responsible for creating, maintaining, and leading the worldwide strategic management of the portfolio. Monitor key commodity indicators for risk management and strategy alignment. Manage supplier portfolios within the commodity for alignment and capability to meet specific customer or market requirements. Maintain excellent working knowledge and up to date information within each commodity portfolio assigned. Take responsibility to resolve any significant issues or changes in a commodity market or suppliers within that commodity. ▪ Contract Management: Teams with Advisor in leading the effective negotiation and implementation of contracts, long term agreements and statements of work (RFQ’s) with suppliers to meet the corporate objectives.
Operations Supervision. Bus drivers required to perform relief duty as an Operations Supervisor during ordinary hours of duty will be paid an allowance equal to 12% of the ordinary hours of duty per hour. This allowance will have no application for other purposes of their Agreement or these conditions of service.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out. 1.9.2 Contractor's site supervisor shall be responsible for communication with the State's representatives and shall meet with the Project Manager at the site on a weekly basis to discuss project status, including any problems, ideas, or concerns related to the project work. 1.9.3 Contractor and its employees shall be subject to all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations for the conduct of personnel. 1.9.4 The Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his/her subcontractors and their employees at all times.

  • Faculty Selection, Supervision, and Evaluation A. Faculty for a dual credit course will be approved and employed by Hill College. The instructor must meet credential requirements of Hill College and minimum requirements as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). Each faculty member assigned to teach an academic course will have a master’s degree plus 18 hours in the specific discipline. Technical course instructors will have at least an associate degree and three years of work experience in the related business or industry. B. Instructors teaching dual credit courses must meet the same standards, review, and approval procedures as full- time, regular Hill College faculty. C. Faculty for a dual credit course who are not a full-time faculty member of Hill College report directly to the appropriate Xxxx of Instruction for the pathway in which the course(s) is being taught. The college shall supervise and evaluate part-time faculty teaching dual credit courses using the same or comparable procedures used for full-time faculty employed by college. D. The performance appraisal process for dual credit instructors will be conducted by the immediate supervisor and reviewed by the second line supervisor prior to the appraisal interview with the employee. The dual credit faculty evaluation process will mirror the evaluation process used at the college for all full-time faculty members and will be done according to the college policy manual. All dual credit faculty will be periodically evaluated using the following means: 1) random classroom observation by the immediate supervisor of that discipline, 2) student evaluations and 3) self-evaluation. E. All Dual Credit faculty instructors will be supervised by the following means: i. When dual credit classes are visited during a classroom observation, supervisors will ask to see items such as the textbook, observe instruction and interaction with students, and request a class syllabus and a sample of class tests, quizzes, labs, and/or projects. ii. Dual Credit instructors are given a self-evaluation form and are asked to fill it out and return the form to their Hill College supervisor. iii. All dual credit instructors are given a master syllabus for the course. The master syllabus provides grading policy and student learning outcomes. iv. All dual credit instructors are required to participate in the assessment process. v. All dual credit instructors are required to certify rosters. vi. All dual credit instructors are required to submit final grades. F. Faculty teaching courses, which result in the award of college credit, will be regularly employed faculty members of Hill College. All faculty selected by Hill College to teach dual credit classes will be considered employees of Hill College and will be compensated by the college in accordance with Hill College policy, procedures, and guidelines. G. Applications for employment and official transcripts from each college or university attended MUST be submitted and approved prior to the start of classes. All paperwork will be kept on file at Hill College.

  • Supervisors Working (a) The Employer agrees that the function of supervisors is the supervision of Employees and not the performance of the work of the employees they supervise. Accordingly, the Employer agrees that supervisors or other employees of the Employer who are not members of the bargaining unit shall not perform any bargaining unit work, except to train employees or demonstrate safety, or as otherwise provided in the applicable Supplement, Rider or Addendum. However, in the case of Acts of God, supervisors shall comply with the procedures in subsections (b) and (c) and may only perform bargaining unit work until bargaining unit employees are available. The Employer shall make every reasonable effort to maintain a sufficient workforce to staff its operations with bargaining unit employees. The Employer also agrees that supervisors or other employees of the Employer who are not members of the bargaining unit shall not perform bargaining unit work in preparing the work areas before the start of the Employer’s hub, preload or reload operation, nor shall the Employer send any bargaining unit employee home and then have such employee’s work performed by a supervisor or other employees of the Employer who are not a member of the bargaining unit. (b) When additional employees are necessary to complete the Employer’s operations on any shift or within any classification, the supervisor shall exhaust all established local practices to first use bargaining unit employees including where applicable, double shifting, early call-in, and overtime. (c) If there is no established local practice, the following shall apply with regard to inside work. Within each building, each operation will maintain appropriate list(s), by seniority, of those part-time employees requesting coverage work. It will be the employees’ responsibility to sign up on the appropriate list. The Company shall post such lists and employees who are interested in adding their names to the lists shall do so on the first working day of each month. It will be the employee’s responsibility to make sure his/her their contact information is correct. Employees who are unavailable to work on three (3) separate occasions within a calendar month shall have their names removed from the coverage list. Those employees shall be eligible to re-sign the list the following month. When coverage work is available, the Company will use the appropriate list to fill the required positions, and such employees will work as assigned. The employee must be qualified for the available work and double shift employees shall have seniority among themselves. No employee is allowed to work more than two (2) shifts in any twenty-four (24) hour period. Local call verification practices and procedures shall remain in place. Nothing contained in this Section shall change existing practices or procedures covering full-time work. (d) If it is determined at any step of the grievance and/or arbitration procedure that this Section, or a “supervisor working” provision in a Supplement, Rider or Addendum, has been violated, the aggrieved employee will be paid as follows: (i) if the actual hours worked by the supervisor amounts to two (2) hours or less, the aggrieved employee will be paid for the actual hours worked by the supervisor at the rate of double time the employee’s rate of pay at the time of the incident; or (ii) if the supervisor works more than two (2) hours, the aggrieved employee shall be paid four (4) hours at straight time or actual hours worked at double time the employee’s rate of pay at the time of the incident, whichever is greater. If no aggrieved employee can be identified, the payment will be made to the grievant. Such remedy shall be in addition to any other remedies sought by the Union in the appropriate grievance procedure. If a Supplement, Rider, or Addendum does not have a provision requiring notice to the xxxxxxx when a supervisor works the following shall be incorporated: “In the event a supervisor does perform bargaining unit work, the Employer shall notify the appropriate shop xxxxxxx as soon as possible.” In the event that any individual supervisor is found to be in violation of the first paragraph of this Subsection three (3) times in any nine (9) month rolling period, the grievance shall be paid at triple quadruple time the employee’s rate of pay for the hours specified in the first paragraph of this subsection.
