The Transportation Supervisor and/or designee shall notify all drivers of overnight trips on the Monday preceding those trips being bid on Thursday, but in no event will such notice be less than forty- eight (48) hours prior to overnight trips. This advance notification will allow other drivers to be prepared to accept the trips if the first eligible driver(s) is unable to do so. The actual assignment of the overnight trip shall follow the normal bid procedure. Expense money will be reimbursed within two (2) weeks of submission of receipts to the Treasurer. b. The rep. shall then post notice in the drivers’ area. c. On overnight or longer athletic or field trips involving transportation of students, the vehicle will be driven only by a regular bargaining unit employee of the Solon Board of Education, with current appropriate licensing. d. This worker will be paid at the usual and proper regular or overtime rate for those hours for which he or she and the vehicle are on call and demand. These hours would normally exclude the time between the last call on the driver and vehicle at the end of one day, and the first call on services the next day. e. The driver shall be reimbursed for lodging and meal expenses from the same source of funds and under the same conditions as the teacher acting as leader or chaperone of the trip. The driver to be lodged at the same establishment as the group of students he/she is transporting. Driver shall not stay in the same room as any of the students, coaches, or chaperones.

The Driver shall be reimbursed up to $50.00 per night for lodging expenses. The driver is to be lodged at the same establishment as the group of students he/she is transporting. The driver shall not be required to stay in the same room as any of the students, coaches or chaperones.

Driving over eight (8) hours will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Xxxx, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Xxxx will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Sub-processing 11.1 The data importer shall not subcontract any of its processing operations performed on behalf of the data exporter under the Clauses without the prior written consent of the data exporter. Where the data importer subcontracts its obligations under the Clauses, with the consent of the data exporter, it shall do so only by way of a written agreement with the sub-processor which imposes the same obligations on the sub- processor as are imposed on the data importer under the Clauses. Where the sub-processor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations under such written agreement the data importer shall remain fully liable to the data exporter for the performance of the sub-processor’s obligations under such agreement. 11.2 The prior written contract between the data importer and the sub-processor shall also provide for a third-party beneficiary clause as laid down in Clause 3 for cases where the data subject is not able to bring the claim for compensation referred to in paragraph 1 of Clause 6 against the data exporter or the data importer because they have factually disappeared or have ceased to exist in law or have become insolvent and no successor entity has assumed the entire legal obligations of the data exporter or data importer by contract or by operation of law. Such third-party liability of the sub-processor shall be limited to its own processing operations under the Clauses. 11.3 The provisions relating to data protection aspects for sub-processing of the contract referred to in paragraph 1 shall be governed by the law of the Member State in which the data exporter is established, namely ........................................ 11.4 The data exporter shall keep a list of sub-processing agreements concluded under the Clauses and notified by the data importer pursuant to Clause 5(j), which shall be updated at least once a year.
