Overtime on Saturday and Sunday work shall be on a voluntary basis, to senior employees first with skill and qualifications to perform the work. A sign up sheet for weekend overtime will be put up on the bulletin board on Monday and will be removed by noon on Thursday and a time stamped copy will be provided to a Union Xxxxxxx. The results of the sign up posting will be posted early Friday morning, so employees can see who has been awarded the opportunity to work. Due to the nature of the business, employees will be encouraged to cooperate to work overtime, when possible. In the event no senior employees volunteer, then the most junior employee with the skill and qualification in the department shall be assigned to perform the overtime work.
