Parent/Guardian Participation. Parent/guardian understands that Patterns’ program is a parent participation model. This means that the Parent/Guardian’s participation during in-home sessions is mandated by Patterns Behavior Services, Inc., as well as our funding sources. The Client’s case supervisor will review with the Parent/Guardian in detail the expectations for participation. The Parent/Guardian agrees to participate in the program as requested by the case supervisor when clinically necessary or as mandated by the funding source. An ongoing positive working relationship between the parent/guardian and the religious program is critical for the success of the program and the students. As part of that working relationship, parents/guardians are expected to be involved as much as possible in the education of their children, to refrain from conduct which thwarts the orderly administration and operation of the program, to support and participate in the program activities, and to set a positive example for their children both at home and in the community. While the St. Xxx Xxxxxx and Holy Spirit Chapel CCD Program encourages constructive exchange of ideas, feedback and suggestions intended to xxxxxx the continued growth and improvement of the program, the Pastor and Director of Religious Education, are ultimately in charge of the CCD Program and the orderly administration and operation of that program including the policies and procedures implemented to achieve the goals of the CCD Program. St. Xxx and Holy Spirit Parishes reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student in the event that (1) a positive working relationship between the CCD program and the parent/guardian no longer exists and/or is irreparably damaged or (2) that the parents/guardians have failed to provide the support, assistance, and example necessary for the religious education to which each child is entitled. Furthermore, failure on the part of any student and/or parent/guardian to abide by the rules and regulations of the program may result in the termination of that student’s enrollment.   • Employee Participation The Employer will assist employees' participation in health promotion and health education programs. Health promotion and health education programs that have been endorsed by the Employer (Minnesota Management & Budget) will be considered to be non-assigned job-related training pursuant to Administrative Procedure 21. Approval for this training is at the discretion of the Appointing Authority and is contingent upon meeting staffing needs in the employee's absence and the availability of funds. Employees are eligible for release time, tuition reimbursement, or a pro rata combination of both. Employees may be reimbursed for up to one hundred (100) percent of tuition or registration costs upon successful completion of the program. Employees may be granted release time, including the travel time, in lieu of reimbursement.
