Part-Time Scheduled Hours. More senior part-time employees shall not be scheduled fewer hours in a store than less senior part-time employees, who are qualified to perform the same work in the same store when availability is equal. Alleged violations of this Paragraph must be grieved by the end of the first (1st) shift of the Friday following any Thursday scheduled posting or by the end of the first (1st) shift on the Monday following any Thursday or Friday schedule change or shall be forever waived. Reduction of hours of a less senior employee necessitated by the scheduling of more hours to a senior employee shall not give rise to any schedule/pay grievance by a less senior employee. The Employer agrees that it will not flat schedule all part-time employees in any store.

Part-Time Scheduled Hours. Part-time employees shall not be sched­ uled for less than four (4) hours work per day unless otherwise mutually agreed upon be­ tween the Union and the Employer. Part- time employees shall be scheduled a minimum of sixteen (16) and a maximum of thirty (30) hours per week in the store in which they work. However, this shall not apply to an employee called in for replace­ ment of another employee, or to an employee whose available hours are beyond the Employer’s control or to an employee called in to work when fewer than sixteen

  • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. (e.g., 80 hours @ .75 = 60 hours). It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period.
