Part-Time Scheduled Hours. More senior part-time employees shall not be scheduled fewer hours in a store than less senior part-time employees, who are qualified to perform the same work in the same store when availability is equal. Alleged violations of this Paragraph must be grieved by the end of the first (1st) shift of the Friday following any Thursday scheduled posting or by the end of the first (1st) shift on the Monday following any Thursday or Friday schedule change or shall be forever waived. Reduction of hours of a less senior employee necessitated by the scheduling of more hours to a senior employee shall not give rise to any schedule/pay grievance by a less senior employee. The Employer agrees that it will not flat schedule all part-time employees in any store.

Part- time employees shall be scheduled a minimum of sixteen [16] hours per week in the store in which they work. However, this shall not apply to an employee called in for replacement of another employee, or to an employee whose available hours are beyond the Employer’s control or to an employee called in to work when fewer than sixteen [16] available hours remain in the week, unless otherwise agreed upon between the Union and the Employer.   • Scheduled Hours Hours falling within an employee's scheduled tour.

  • Part-time Scheduling Subject to Section B of this Article, the Employer and the Association endorse the principle that less than full time equivalent ("FTE") positions shall, within reason, be expected to work a biweekly work period that equates to an eighty (80) hour work period multiplied by the position's FTE. (e.g., 80 hours @ .75 = 60 hours). It is further understood by both parties that ASF Members assigned to less than a FTE position may be required, during the peak work periods, to exceed their normal biweekly work period. FLSA non-exempt ASF Members who work a part-time schedule will earn overtime for hours worked in excess of forty (40) in a work week. The Employer agrees to review any ASF position that is less than one (1) FTE if the Association can demonstrate that the position has regularly been required to work a work period that substantially exceeds the normal work period as defined above, and adjust the FTE of the respective position as deemed appropriate by the Employer.

  • Part-time Nurses a. If a regular part-time nurse works on one of the holidays set forth in paragraph A above, he/she will be paid for all time worked on said holiday at two (2) times his/her regular straight-time hourly rate of pay.
