Payment for Licenses. The royalties that are payable pursuant to Section 2.2 are set forth in Section 6.4(c) of this Agreement.

Payment for Licenses. 4.16.1. The District shall reimburse employees for licenses or certification fees including renewals that are required by the District or the state for the performance of the employee’s job duties, with the exception of Class C driver’s licenses. Employees will also be paid for any time spent receiving instruction or taking tests to obtain a license or certificate required by the District for the performance of the employee’s current job duties. Any payment for time or reimbursement of funds for testing and/or instruction shall require prior approval from the employee’s immediate supervisor.

During his or her term of employment, the Municipal Utilities Authority will reimburse an employee for the following costs to obtain a class license in either the water or sewer utility, including: * Tuition for courses at a recognized school or training program, * Materials, * Transportation for courses taken. It will permit the employee to use time during his or her normal scheduled work day to take course study or the examination. In order to obtain reimbursement, the Employee must obtain written approval from the Executive Director prior to actual participation.
Payment for Licenses and Maintenance is to be made in advance in accordance with the provisions of the Order. Failure by the Customer to timeously terminate annual Maintenance will result in Bluekey Seidor’s liability to SAP and other vendors for the Maintenance Fee;

  • Permits, Licenses Contractor and all Contractor’s employees or agents shall secure and maintain in force all permits and licenses that are required by law in connection with the furnishing of Services pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Licenses Awarded Vendor shall maintain, in current status, all federal, state and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by awarded Vendor. Awarded Vendor shall remain reasonably fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of goods or services under the Agreement. TIPS and TIPS Members reserves the right to stop work and/or cancel an order or terminate this or any other sales Agreement of any awarded Vendor whose license(s) required for performance under this Agreement have expired, lapsed, are suspended or terminated subject to a 30-day cure period unless prohibited by applicable statue or regulation.

  • Permits and Licenses The Contractor shall observe and comply with all laws, rules, and regulations affecting services under this Agreement. The Contractor shall procure and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all permits and licenses necessary to accomplish the Work contemplated in this Agreement.
