Payout of Long Service Leave. Payout of accrued long service leave where employees are eligible to take the leave. That, is after 10 years service. A minimum of 6 weeks accrued Long Service Leave must be retained. Applications for a payout of long service leave will be made as a lump sum payment and will be included in the normal fortnightly pay. These monies will be taxed as part of the normal pay and the appropriate marginal rate of tax will be applicable.

Payout of Long Service Leave. (a) By agreement between Anglicare SQ and the employee, an employee, who has an entitlement to Long Service Leave as per clause 7.8, may request in writing for 75% of their long service leave to be paid out rather than taking the leave. Such cashing out will only occur once in any 12 month period and is payable in the same manner as if the employee had actually taken the leave.
Payout of Long Service Leave. (i) If an employee maintains a minimum bank of 6 weeks long service leave to be taken or has taken at least 6 weeks long service leave, the employee may request that the remainder of the accrued long service leave be cashed out.

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

  • Taking of Long Service Leave (a) The employer shall give to each employee at least one month's notice of the date from which it is proposed that the employee's long service leave shall be given and taken.   • Compliance with Contractor Employee Jury Service Ordinance Contractor shall comply with the County Ordinance with respect to provision of jury duty pay to employees and have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its employees shall receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five days of regular pay for actual jury service in San Mateo County. The policy may provide that employees deposit any fees received for such jury service with the Contractor or that the Contractor deduct from the employees’ regular pay the fees received for jury service.

  • Personal/Carer’s Leave a) Personal/carer’s leave is defined in accordance with Section 244 of the Act and includes paid sick leave (accrued under the AFPCS) and paid or unpaid carer’s leave (accrued under the AFPCS). Casual employees shall have no entitlement to paid personal/carer’s leave.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Governmental Service Leave Leave without pay may be granted for government service in the public interest, including but not limited to the U.S. Public Health Service or Peace Corps leave.

  • Emergency Service Leave ‌ Where employees' services are required for emergency operations by request from the Provincial Emergency Program or appropriate police authority, leave from work as required may be granted without loss of basic pay. If any remuneration, other than for expenses, is received, it shall be remitted to the Employer.
