Payout Upon Termination. The Notice shall set forth the effect of termination upon the Performance Share Award. If you are terminated Without Cause or due to your resignation and, within the twelve (12) month period subsequent to such termination of your Service, the Company determines that your Service could have been terminated for Cause, subject to anything to the contrary that may be contained in the Notice at the time of termination of your Service, your Service will, at the election of the Company, be deemed to have been terminated for Cause for purposes of this Agreement and the Omnibus Plan, effective as of the date the events giving rise to Cause occurred and any consequences following from a termination for Cause shall be retroactively applied (including your obligation to repay gains that would not have been realized had your Service been terminated for Cause).
Payout Upon Termination. (a) Accrued but unused vacation shall be paid to the employee and included in his or her final pay upon termination.

Members of this bargaining union prior to January 1, 2014 will be grandfathered on vacation payout as follows; upon termination of employment due to resignation, death, retirement or dismissal, an employee, employee’s spouse, designated beneficiary or employee’s estate, shall be compensated in wages for all unused vacation leave through date of termination that such employee accrued. Any Grand Traverse Sheriff Office employees that are promoted into this unit on/after January 1, 2014, shall be compensated in wages for all unused vacation leave through date of termination, up to the maximum vacation carryover limit, that such employee accrued.

Payout Upon Termination. Employees with at least six (6) months’ service will be paid for unused PTO time upon termination of employment, unless the employee was terminated for just cause. If the employee resigns, they will not be paid out PTO time unless they provide a two (2) week notice and complete their notice period. To successfully complete their notice period, an employee must work all regularly scheduled and any picked up shifts during the notice period, and may not use any PTO during the notice period; extenuating circumstances may be approved by the employer. In the event an employee dies, said payment will be paid to the employee’s estate.
Payout Upon Termination. 4.1 Eligible Employees whose employment with LifeLock terminates for any reason will receive any earned but unpaid commissions in accordance with the appropriate state law regarding final payment of wages. Such payments will be calculated based on all data available as of the date of termination. Eligible Employees who terminate employment during any quarter of the Plan Year will be eligible for a final commission based on all Gross New Members enrolled under their applicable commission plans on or before their final date of employment with LifeLock.
