Payroll Service. In the event an Employer uses a payroll company or other outside person(s), or entity (herein referred to collectively as the "payroll service") to handle or facilitate the payment of wages or other benefits to or on behalf of an Employee or Employees covered by this Master Agreement, the Employer agrees and acknowledges that it is and remains the Employer of such Employee(s) for the purposes of all the provisions of this Master Agreement, and that the Employer remains liable and responsible for compliance with such provisions.

Payroll Service. The Producer must establish a local “pay office”. In the event that the Producer uses a payroll company or other outside person or entity (herein referred to collectively as the “payroll service”) to handle or facilitate the payment of compensation or other benefits to or on behalf of a Guild Member, the Producer agrees and acknowledges that it remains liable and responsible for compliance with this Agreement.
Payroll Service. Where freelance contributions are made to the Plan through a payroll service, the Contributing Employer authorizes and directs each payroll service company that it uses as part of its payroll operations to comply with its obligations under paragraphs 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 of this Participation Agreement, as applicable. The Contributing Employer shall issue such additional written directives and/or authorizations to its payroll service or services as the Plan determines are reasonably necessary to effectuate the terms of this Participation Agreement. In the event that the Plan issues a directive to a payroll service company directly, the Plan will give the Contributing Employer prior written or electronic notice, and the content, of any directive to the Contributing Employer’s Payroll Service. Nothing contained in this paragraph 8 shall relieve the Contributing Employer of any obligation it has under this Participation Agreement, the Trust Agreement or applicable law.
Payroll Service. 4.1 Upon receiving the Customer's Instruction for the Bank to provide the Payroll Service, completed in accordance with clause 2, the Bank shall provide the following services (collectively referred to as the "Payroll Service"): (a) the debiting of Salary Amounts and Service Charges from the Customer's Account(s); (b) the transfer of the relevant Salary Amounts to the respective Receiving Accounts, to be effective on the date specified in the Instruction for Payroll Service, by referring to the Funds Transfer Instruction in accordance with the Service and Service Charge Details ; and (c) the Customer may send the Instruction for Payroll Service in accordance with the conditions under the Service and Service Charge Details, without limitation on the number and the maximum amount of transactions per day. 4.2 If the Customer applies for the payroll with insurance service, the Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Bank merely takes out insurance coverage from an insurance company selected by it. This insurance service is provided by the insurance company in its capacity as an insured, and not by the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to replace the insurance company. The Customer represents that it has duly obtained consent from its employees or is legally entitled to disclose employees’ personal data to the Bank in order for the Bank to disclose such personal data to the insurance company for the purpose of providing payroll with insurance service. To the extent permitted by law, the amendment or exception to or under this Cash Management Agreement shall not be made without the Bank’s prior written consent. However, in the event that there is an amendment to the terms and conditions of any product or service in relation to this Cash Management Agreement that impacts on the customers' use of services such as fee adjustments for the use of financial products or services corresponding to the increased costs, changing service channels, changing conditions or benefits of a financial product or service, changing due date for debt settlement, the Bank shall communicate to or notify the Customer of the material information of such amendment not less than 30 days prior to the effective date of such amendment, unless there may be significant damage to the Bank, such as the suspension or cancellation of credit card use in the event that the Bank detects fraud or where the customer defaults on the debt or fails to comply with the terms and conditions of using the fina...
Payroll Service. The service is to be provided in accordance with the following guidelines and the additional detail contained in the Schedule:- 2.1 EDDC through its Payroll Service, and in its capacity as a District Local Authority, shall be responsible for discharging the following tasks on behalf of HTC: 2.1.1 payment of all authorised salary and wages and additional payments; 2.1.2 administration of all starters/leavers and employee changes; 2.1.3 payment of all authorised expenses as necessary; 2.1.4 maintenance of all pay records using the HR/Payroll software system, called iTrent; 2.1.5 administer all sickness and maternity pay within the statutory regulations and employer adopted rules; 2.1.6 implement all agreed pay awards and increment rises where authorised by the town clerk or approved officer of HTC; 2.1.7 submission of all statutory monthly, annual and ad hoc returns and liaise with external bodies as required; 2.1.8 ensure compliance with all statutory liabilities and third party liabilities attributable to HTC; 2.1.9 administration of the employers responsibilities under the Local Government Pension Scheme (where HTC is an admitted body); 2.1.10 provide monthly statements of expenditure breakdown; and 2.1.11 ensure a monthly recharge of all payroll expenditure 2.2 HTC shall be responsible for discharging the following tasks to facilitate provision of EDDC’s services: 2.2.1 ensure all employee starters and leavers and employee change forms are submitted by the agreed dates; 2.2.2 all expenses and other payments are submitted by the agreed dates; 2.2.3 all documentation and communication is via email and scanned documents to ensure evidence to support decisions 2.2.4 ensure all pay instructions are properly authorised by the approved officers in HTC. 2.2.5 provide written confirmation that the monthly breakdown submitted by Payroll Services has been agreed as the correct expenditure for the period it relates too, no later than 4 weeks from the date of the 1st of the following month after the pay run. 2.2.6 advise Payroll Services of annual pay awards, increment rises and any other related pay adjustments in the agreed format and properly authorised by the Town Clerk or Mayor of HTC; and 2.2.7 ensure that all monies and fees due to EDDC in respect to the salaries and other related expenditure is paid within 21 days of an invoice being issued.
Payroll Service. The Charter School may contract with the VCOE or reputable, bonded, and insured payroll contractor to prepare payroll support functions. The Director and the Corporate Treasurer will review payroll statements monthly to ensure that (1) the salaries are consistent with staff and personnel policies, and (2) the correct tax, retirement, disability, and the withholding have been deducted and forwarded to the appropriated authority. All staff expense reimbursements will be on checks separate from payroll checks. Upon hiring of staff, a personnel file will be established with containing all appropriate payroll-related documentation including TB test verification, a federal I-9 form, tax and withholding forms, retirement date (if known) and use of sick leave.
Payroll Service. Biwater will operate a payroll bureau support service for Cascal covering their employees, both those based in Dorking and expatriates. This service will include: i) Preparing the monthly payroll, making all necessary statutory, taxation, pension and other deductions, using information provided by the Human Resources department and Cascal management; ii) Preparing and submitting ad hoc, monthly and annual returns to the tax authorities for payroll data; iii) Preparing P11D forms; iv) Preparing Directors Emoluments returns; v) Providing monthly journal entries for the Cascal payroll which can be entered into the Cascal accounting records.
