PERSONAL PLAN. 15.1 The Personal Plan, subject to ongoing review, shall be commenced by the Service Provider on the Service User’s admission, with the full involvement of the Service User / Representative(s) and the Service Purchaser(s)’ Nominated Representative.

PERSONAL PLAN. During a period of up to 6 months from the date of redundancy, all redundant employees can make use, at the employer’s expense, of a broad and stimulating range of guidance activities offered by external agencies contracted by Rabobank. The basic principle in providing guidance is that as much customization as possible is offered. In consultation with his employability manager, the employee will draw up a personal plan for this purpose, documenting the activities the employee will make use of (i.e. workshops, training courses, the financial snapshot, (networking) meetings, career tests, coaching etc.). The personal plan should be in line with the situation and career wishes of the employee and take account of what the employee has already done in connection with his employability. The personal guidance by the employability manager and/or external mobility adviser is also tailored on the basis of individual wishes and requirements. With a view to creating job openings, the employer will actively establish contacts and where opportune initiate collaboration with potential employers. These contacts lead to group meetings such as information and inspiration meetings, job fairs and meet & greets.

The personal plan should be in line with the situation and career wishes of the employee and take account of what the employee has already done in connection with his employability. PERSONAL PLAN. Debt Cleanse reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at its discretion. You may not transfer or assign your Legal Plan or these benefits, but you have the option to extend coverage to your Eligible Family Members as defined below (together with the Primary Member, each a "Plan Member" and collectively the "Plan Group"). The "Effective Date" for each Plan Member other than the Primary Member will be the date on which you choose to extend coverage to that Plan Member.   • Meal Plan The Student who resides in a university residence hall is required to purchase a full residential dining plan (commuter plans are not acceptable). The Student who resides in Bobcat Village may choose either a residential or a commuter plan, but is not obligated to make a dining plan purchase due to availability of kitchen in each apartment unit.

  • Personal Grievance The personal grievance provisions in Part 11 of this Agreement are available to an employee who is aggrieved by any action of their employer taken under these provisions.

  • Service Plan 2.1 The Customer shall use the following applicable Service Plan and services during the Term:

  • Access to Personal File Upon written request from an employee, he or she and/or his or her Union representative shall have access to his or her official personal file in the presence of an authorized representative of the Corporation. The file should be made available within twenty-four (24) hours following the day of the written request, providing such file is available locally and, in all cases, within five (5) calendar days after the request.   • Personal Leaves 8.11.4.1 As approved by the Board, personal leaves without pay may be granted in cases of exceptional need for up to six (6) months. Any such leave exceeding one (1) semester shall not be counted toward tenure or promotion or for computing salary increments. These leaves may be extended by the PVPAA upon recommendation of the xxxx for up to one (1) year.

  • Long Term Personal Leave 2. Extended Maternity/Parental Leave/Parenthood (or their equivalent)

  • Personal Life The personal life of a teacher will not be a concern of the Board unless it is determined to have a detrimental effect upon the employee’s performance.

  • Deferral Plan The deferral portion of the plan shall involve an employee spreading four (4) years' salary over a five (5) year period, or such other schedule as may be mutually agreed between the employee and the Hospital. In the case of the four (4) years' salary over a five (5) year schedule, during the four (4) years of salary deferral, 20% of the employee's gross annual earnings will be deducted and held for the employee. Such deferred salary will not be accessible to the employee until the year of the leave or upon the collapse of the plan. In the case of another mutually agreed upon deferral schedule, the percentage of salary deferred shall be adjusted appropriately.

  • Personal Leave Written request for a personal leave of absence without pay will be considered on an individual basis by the Hospital. Such requests are to be submitted to the employee's immediate supervisor at least four (4) weeks in advance, unless not reasonably possible to give such notice, and a written reply will be given within fourteen (14) days except in cases of emergency in which case a reply will be given as soon as possible. Employees needing personal leave days for appointments with medical practitioners may utilize the personal leave language. Such leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Personal Freedom 20.1 The personal life of an Employee is not an appropriate concern for the attention of the Board except as it may directly inhibit the Employee from performing properly his/her assigned functions during the workday.
