Personal Life. The personal life of any teacher is not an appropriate concern of the Board so long as it does not adversely affect his/her teaching responsibilities.

Personal Life. The personal life of a teacher shall be the concern of and warrant the attention of the Board only if it interferes with the regular conduct of the school(s) or as it may directly prevent the teacher from properly performing his/her assigned functions during duty hours.
