Access to Personal File. Upon written request from an employee, he or she and/or his or her Union representative shall have access to his or her official personal file in the presence of an authorized representative of the Corporation. The file should be made available within twenty-four (24) hours following the day of the written request, providing such file is available locally and, in all cases, within five (5) calendar days after the request. Where an employee's file is available for review and/or examination, reports as described in paragraph 10.02(c) are to be removed prior to such review and/or examination.
Access to Personal File. Upon giving one (1) day’s notice to the Human Resources Department an employee shall be allowed to review his/her personal file in the presence of a member of the Human Resources Department. The employee shall have the right to respond in writing to any document contained therein.

Access to Personal File. 11.01 Upon written request by the employee to the Company, the Company, as soon as is possible following receipt of the request, agrees to allow the employee, in the presence of the Director of Human Resources, or their designated representative, to have visual access to all of their personal file(s) located at the Winnipeg Branch once per calendar year. The time taken for such a review shall not be during the employee's normal working hours, unless the Senior Human Resources Administrator otherwise agrees.
11.02 An employee may request a copy of specific documents on the employee’s personnel file. This provision shall not be unreasonably denied.
Access to Personal File. Upon written request from an employee, he and/or his union representative, if authorized by the employee, shall have access to the official personal file of the employee in the presence of an authorized representative of management.

Access to Personal File employee shall, upon written request made a reasonable before the time of viewing, have an opportunity to view personal file in the of the Director of Personnel or designate. The information the employee may review will be: application form; written evaluations; formal disciplinary notations; incident reports.
Access to Personal File. Upon giving two (2) working days notice, an employee shall have the opportunity to review the contents of her personnel file at a mutually agreeable time in the presence of an Employer representative. The employee will be allowed to make copies of any documents contained therein at their expense. The employee shall have the right to respond in writing to any document placed in the file in the current year from the last date of review. Such reply shall become part of the permanent record.
Access to Personal File. 12.01 Upon written request to the Human Resources representative, an employee is entitled to have a partial or total copy of their personal file. The Human Resources representative shall provide such copy in the next five (5) working days following the receipt of the request. Such request shall be made no more than once per year.

Upon request of an employee, at reasonable intervals, the personal file of that employee shall be made available for her examination, within two (2) working days following the request, in the presence of an authorized representative of the Company. The two (2) working days may be extended by the Company in order to process multiple requests. The Union and the Company recognize the importance of ensuring the confidentiality of employee medical information. This information will be utilized to determine an employee's ability or inability to perform work duties, for attendance management, for Company related benefit insurers, and for the Workers Compensation Board.
