Phase 100 – Project Management. The Consultant shall include in this task all Project Management Services that will occur to effectively manage, administer, and provide ongoing coordination for efficient utilization of resources for the project. This phase includes technical and financial management of the contract and administrative coordination. • District Responsibilities: o Identification and involvement of appropriate District Staff for participation in monthly progress meetings. o Timely review of products and decisions on issues critical to schedule progress. o Coordinate collection of comments and resolutions on issues from District’s reviewers prior to returning to the Consultant. • Phase 100 Deliverables: o Project Management Plan o Quality Management Plan o Health and Safety Plan o BIM Execution Plan o Project Risk Register o Change and Decisions Logs o Microsoft Project Schedule with quarterly updates o Monthly Progress Report and Invoices o Meeting Minutes • Assumptions: o Submittal reviews by the District is based on four (4) weeks duration. o Assume that progress meetings will occur every month throughout the length of the project.

This involves one-on-one meetings, conference calls, etc. • Kick-Off Meeting – Once notice to proceed has been received, the PM will schedule and attend a kick off meeting with the full project team. In addition, the teams that make up the Olsson team for this project will utilize other senior staff members for periodic consultation and QA/QC review as the design progresses and for each engineering discipline involved in the project. • The ENGINEER shall distribute the plans to public and private utility companies for verification of ownership, type, size, and location of their facilities. Time will be included for coordination via the phone and one (1) utility coordination meeting. • Plans will be submitted to the utility companies at concept phase to verify the location of their existing facilities as shown on the plans.   • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall respond promptly and fully to all inquiries from the JBE Project Manager.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
