The design PM will be responsible for: • Establishing and maintaining project schedule and budget. • Define individual tasks and establish cost and schedule of each task. • Provide forecast showing expenditure by month. • Work with billing coordinators and project team to prepare invoices • Track the Earned value of each task (the percent completion for each task times the total budget for each task) • Coordinate with the project team, agencies and/or Consultants that are involved with this project or adjacent projects. This involves one-on-one meetings, conference calls, etc. • Kick-Off Meeting – Once notice to proceed has been received, the PM will schedule and attend a kick off meeting with the full project team. In addition, the teams that make up the Olsson team for this project will utilize other senior staff members for periodic consultation and QA/QC review as the design progresses and for each engineering discipline involved in the project. • The ENGINEER shall distribute the plans to public and private utility companies for verification of ownership, type, size, and location of their facilities. Time will be included for coordination via the phone and one (1) utility coordination meeting. • Plans will be submitted to the utility companies at concept phase to verify the location of their existing facilities as shown on the plans.   • Contractor Project Manager The Contractor Project Manager shall serve, from the Effective Date, as the Contractor project manager and primary Contractor representative under this Agreement. The Contractor Project Manager shall (i) have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating the performance of Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement, including the performance of all Subcontractors; and (ii) be authorized to act for and bind Contractor and Subcontractors in connection with all aspects of this Agreement.   • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
