Phones. The FEA may use District telephones provided that such use does not interfere with the teacher’s assigned duties. Long distance calls must be collect, charged to a credit card, or charged to a third number if personal in nature or for Association business.
Phones.  Boarding students may have, but are not required to have, cell phones. Only BASIC phones are permitted. Phones are to be used for calling and texting only. Examples of acceptable phones (from Verizon) include Samsung Convoy 3, LG Revere 2, Samsung Intensity 3, LG Cosmos 3 and Exalt.  NO SMART phones are allowed. Note that even if the phone has the capability of having the internet disabled, it is not allowed because of the difficulty in assessing each individual phone.  Cellular phones are not to be used as internet access tools.  Cellular phones are to be used only during designated times (spelled out in the Community Handbook) and are to be checked in for storage at all other times.  Text messages must be respectful of others and free of offensive language or commentary. They must not in any way suggest rumors about someone, communicate hurtful or sexual innuendo, or attempt to bully another person or group of people. Ohio's law concerning bullying is found in the Ohio Revised Code, section 3313.666. The law prohibits harassment, intimidation, or bullying in schools. It went into effect on March 30, 2007. The law defines "harassment, intimidation, or bullying" to be any intentional written, verbal, or physical act that a student has exhibited toward another particular student more than once and the behavior:  Causes mental or physical harm, and  Is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening, or abusive educational environment for the other student. 15B E lectronic Readers, Notebooks and Tablets  Simple electronic readers are permitted for reading only. The more advanced electronic reader models (that resemble tablets) are not permitted.  Personally owned tablet computers, notebooks or laptop computers (unless needed for academic accommo- dations) are not permitted. All technology devices deemed appropriate by the school will be made available for use by the staff.

Xx the event a local phone that can be used in order to contact flight operations without incurring long distance charges, an Aircraft Sat Phone, or an Aircraft Cell phone are not provided, all Captains on any deployed ops assignment shall be provided with a Company cell phone. The Company cell phone will be used for operational requirements only, such as checking out, calling OCC, calling MCC, etc. Phones shall be issued upon arrival at the deployed base and returned to the Deployed Operations Base Supervisor before the Captain repatriates back to his permanent base. The Captain will submit all Company phone related expense receipts for reimbursement.

Distributor agrees that (i) such liquidated damages are a reasonable estimate of the damages PayGO would incur as a result of such sales, (ii) the actual damages for these acts would be difficult to calculate, and (iii) such sales are not contemplated under this Agreement. Distributor acknowledges that PayGO is subsidizing the purchase price of each Telephone Package because of PayGO’s expectation that the Telephone Packages will be ultimately sold to end-user Subscribers in the Areas for use on the PayGO network, and that diversion of any Telephone Package for any other purposes directly damages PayGO. PayGO shall have the right to offset any sums due to Distributor by the amount of such liquidated damages immediately.

Phones. Except as disclosed in Section 3.19 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, the Company has good and marketable title, free of all Encumbrances, to at least 20,000 pay telephones and at least 5,800 prison phones in operation, subject to enforceable site location agreements and generating income for the Company. The average term of such site location agreements for each telephone (excluding prison phones) is at least 40 months and the average term of such site location agreements for each prison phone is at least 28 months.
