Positions; Duties. During the Employment Term (as defined in Section 2), the Company shall employ Executive as the President of the Company. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall have and perform such duties as are consistent with the Executive’s experience, expertise and position as shall be assigned to the Executive from time to time . and such other duties as may be assigned to Executive by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors that are consistent with Executive’s position as President of the Company.
Positions; Duties. The Employee shall serve in the position of Executive Vice President - Woven Production of the Company. The Employee shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties, and shall have such responsibilities, appropriate to said position, as shall be assigned to her from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Employee shall report to the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer of the Company. The Employee shall devote her complete and undivided attention to the performance of her duties and responsibilities hereunder during the normal working hours of executive employees of Norton.
Positions; Duties. You will be employed by the Company as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. The foregoing executive positions, along with any other executive or board positions you currently or may hereafter hold for the Company or any of its subsidiaries or other affiliates ("Affiliates"), are referred to collectively as the "Executive Positions." You will report to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and/or the Board of Directors of the Company, and will perform such reasonable duties as may be assigned to you. Your duties will include overseeing executive matters of the Company and its subsidiaries. You agree to use your best efforts to perform your duties faithfully, to devote all of your working time, attention and energies to the business of the Company, and while you remain employed with the Company, you will not engage in any other business activity that is in conflict with your duties and obligations to the Company.

During the Employment Term (as defined in Section 2), the Company shall employ Executive as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s subsidiaries known as Converge Direct, LLC, Converge Direct Interactive, LLC, Converge Marketing Services, LLC and Lacuna Ventures, LLC (collectively, “Converge”). Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors of the Company. The Executive shall have and perform such duties as are consistent with the Executive’s experience, expertise and position as shall be assigned to the Executive from time to time and such other duties as may be assigned to Executive by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors that are consistent with Executive’s position as Chief Executive Officer of Converge.
Positions; Duties. The Employee shall serve in the positions of ----------------- Co-President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Employee shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties and shall have such other responsibilities, appropriate to said position, as shall be assigned to her from time to time by the Vice Chairman (the "Vice Chairman") (currently, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx); provided, however, that in any event said duties and responsibilities shall be consistent with the terms and provisions of Section 7.12 of the Purchase Agreement. The Employee shall report solely to the Vice Chairman (currently, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx), but if Xx. Xxxxxxxxx changes titles with the Purchaser, then to Xx. Xxxxxxxxx in such capacity. The Employee shall devote her complete and undivided attention to the performance of her duties and responsibilities hereunder during the normal working hours of executive employees of the Company. The Employee's services under this Agreement shall be performed principally at the executive offices and warehouses of the Company to be located, during the Term, in New York City and New Jersey, respectively (unless otherwise agreed between the Vice Chairman and the Employee).

Xxe Employee shall perform, faithfully and 2 14 diligently, such duties, and, subject to the prior sentence, shall have such other responsibilities, appropriate to said position, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Chairman, the Vice Chairman or the Board of Directors of the Company. The Employee shall report to the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Company. The Employee shall devote his complete and undivided attention to the performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder during the normal working hours of executive employees of Norton.
Positions; Duties. The Executive shall hold the positions of President and Chief Financial Officer and shall have such responsibilities, duties and authority consistent with such positions at similarly-sized companies. The Executive shall report to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and agrees to devote his best efforts, energies and skill to the faithful, competent and diligent discharge of the duties and responsibilities attributable to his position. Notwithstanding the forgoing, the Company acknowledges and agrees that the Executive shall be permitted to engage in and pursue such contemporaneous activities and interests as the Executive may desire, for personal profit or otherwise.
Positions; Duties. The Employee shall serve in the position of ----------------- Executive Vice President of the Company. The Employee shall perform, faithfully and diligently, such duties and shall have such other responsibilities, appropriate to said position, as shall be assigned to him from time to time by the Vice Chairman (the "Vice Chairman") (currently, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx); provided, however, that in any event said duties and responsibilities shall be consistent with the terms and provisions of Section 7.12 of the

In such capacity, Executive shall be located in the UK, and shall serve as the Chief Operating Officer of the subsidiaries of the Company that are in the telephone, cable and internet business in the UK and the Republic of Ireland ("NTL UK"). Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Executive shall also perform such duties, which shall not be inconsistent with the above-described position as are reasonably assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
