Problem Notification. The Contractor shall notify the Agency's representatives (Technical Officer and Contracts Officer) of any problem likely to have a major effect on the time schedule of the work or to significantly impact the scope of the work to be performed.

Problem Notification a. Upon discovery of any problem within its span of control that may jeopardize or is jeopardizing the availability and performance of all systems functions and the availability of information in said systems, including any problems affecting scheduled exchanges of data between the Health Plan and the Agency and/or its agent(s), the Health Plan shall notify the applicable Agency staff via phone, fax and/or electronic mail within one (1) hour of such discovery. In its notification the Health Plan shall explain in detail the impact to critical path processes such as enrollment management and claims submission processes.
b. The Health Plan shall provide to appropriate Agency staff information on system unavailability events, as well as status updates on problem resolution. At a minimum these updates shall be provided on an hourly basis and made available via electronic mail and/or telephone.
Problem Notification. 1. If internal monitoring and/or support resources detect a P1 incident, Yodlee will notify Company and resolution of the incident will follow the P1 process,
2. If Company detects a P1 incident; Company will notify Yodlee support via phone (0-000-000-0000).
3. For P2 and P3 incidents, Company will notify Yodlee support by opening a Service Request in the YodleeCustomerCare tool
4. Upon receipt of notification, Yodlee shall assign a Service Request to the incident reported by Company and provide a tracking number to Company.
5. Regardless of the mechanism used to report the incident, if Company does not receive a response from Yodlee within the guidelines set forth in Section B of this SLA, Company should contact Yodlee per SLA Exhibit III below.
6. Support hours of operation are 7x24.
7. Yodlee expects Company to identify, investigate and attempt to resolve End-User issues prior to contacting Yodlee. In the event Company is not able to resolve the problem, it should be escalated to Yodlee Support using the above process. End-User email threads should not be forwarded to Yodlee Support without summarized detail. Company should have the following Information available when opening a Service Request in the Yodlee CustomerCare tool;

The Contractor shall submit a problem notification report, in accordance with CDRL A004, that includes the following data for Government review and feedback: • Potential costs/schedule overruns/impacts; • Delay to delivery; • Assumptions upon which tasks were based that have changed or were incorrect; • Nature and source of the problem; • If Government action is required; and • When the action will be completed.
Problem Notification. The Bank or the Joint Venture, shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the other Party in the event either that the Bank or the Joint Venture becomes aware of an event, occurrence, error, defect or malfunction materially affecting the ability of the Joint Venture or the Bank to perform the Services for which it is responsible hereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any failure by any Party to give any notice pursuant to this Section relating to a problem relating to the other Party shall not relieve the other Party of any liability hereunder. If more than one problem arises or occurs at one time, the Parties shall agree upon the order of priority in which the problems are to be addressed and resolved.
