SCHEDULE OF THE WORK. 6.2.1 Before submitting the first application for payment, the Construction Manager shall submit to the Owner and, if directed, the Design Professional a Schedule of the Work showing the dates on which the Construction Manager plans to commence and complete various parts of the Work, including dates on which information and approvals, self-performed work, selection of allowance items, and other known Owner services, tasks and work are required from the Owner. The Construction Manager shall comply with the approved Schedule of the Work, unless directed by the Owner to do otherwise or the Construction Manager is otherwise entitled to an adjustment in the Contract Time. The Construction Manager shall update the Schedule of the Work on a monthly basis or at appropriate intervals as required by the conditions of the Work and the Project.

SCHEDULE OF THE WORK. The Subcontractor is responsible for the sequencing, scheduling and coordinating of the Work, for monitoring the progress of the Work, and for taking appropriate action to keep the Work on schedule. Within two weeks after signing the Subcontract, unless otherwise extended by the Contractor at the time of the signing of the Subcontract, the Subcontractor shall prepare and submit to the Contractor a preliminary schedule for accomplishing the Work based upon the completion time stated in the Subcontract. A fully complete progress schedule for accomplishing the work must be submitted in like manner no later than 60 days after signing the Subcontract. No progress payments will be payable to the Subcontractor until after it has submitted a preliminary schedule which is acceptable to the Contractor. Neither the second progress payment nor any subsequent payment shall be payable to the Subcontractor until it has submitted a fully complete progress schedule.

Unless otherwise agreed, the Schedule of the Work shall be formatted in a detailed precedence-style critical path method that (a) provides a graphic representation of all activities and events, including float values that will affect the critical path of the Work and (b) identifies dates that are critical to ensure timely and orderly completion of the Work. Construction Manager shall update the Schedule of the Work on a monthly basis or as mutually agreed by the Parties.
SCHEDULE OF THE WORK. General: The Contractor is responsible for the scheduling and sequencing of the Work, for coordinating the Work, for monitoring the progress of the Work, and for taking appropriate action to keep the Work on schedule to finish on or before the Contract Completion Date. The Contractor may attempt to achieve Substantial Completion before the Contract Completion Date and receive payment in accordance with Section 36 for the Work completed each period. However, the Contract Completion Date shall be used in all schedules and schedule updates as the deadline for which Substantial Completion is to be achieved. The time (in Days) between the Contractor’s planned early completion and the Contract Completion Date is part of the Float. Extensions of time allowed pursuant to Sections 38, 39, and 43, the determination of any compensation for compensable delay, and all other matters between the Owner and the Contractor will be determined using the Contract Completion Date, not an earlier Substantial Completion date planned by the Contractor. Within two (2) weeks after the Contractor signs the Contract, unless otherwise extended by the Owner at the time of the signing, the Contractor shall prepare and submit to the Owner, with a copy to the A/E, a schedule for achieving Substantial Completion by the Contract Completion Date. The preliminary schedule shall be in sufficient detail to show the sequencing of the various trades for each floor level, wing or work area. The Owner will notify the Contractor of any comments on the preliminary schedule within fifteen (15) Days of receipt by the Owner. A fully complete Project schedule meeting the requirements set forth below in subparagraph (1) or (2), as applicable, must be submitted no later than sixty (60) Days after the Contract is signed by the Owner.

SCHEDULE OF THE WORK. When Project requirements have been sufficiently identified, at a minimum at the completion of schematic design, design development, 50% construction drawings, and 100% construction drawings, the Construction Manager shall prepare a preliminary Schedule of the Work for the Design Professional's review and the Owner's approval. The Construction Manager shall coordinate and integrate the Schedule of the Work with the services and activities of the Owner, Construction Manager, Design Professional, and the requirements of governmental entities. As design proceeds, the Construction Manager shall update the Schedule of the Work to indicate proposed activity sequences, durations, or milestone dates for such activities as receipt and approval of pertinent information, issuance of the drawings and specifications, the preparation and processing of shop drawings and samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead-time procurement, Owner's occupancy requirements and estimated date of Substantial Completion of the Project. If Schedule of the Work updates indicates that milestone dates contained in prior Schedules of the Work will not be met, the Construction Manager shall notify and make recommendations to the Owner. If the Project is to be completed in phases, the Construction Manager shall make recommendations to the Owner and Design Professional regarding the phased issuance of the drawings and specifications.PRELIMINARY EVALUATION Construction Manager shall provide a preliminary evaluation of Owner's Program and report such findings to Owner and Design Professional.

  • SCHEDULE OF SERVICES Consultant shall perform the Services in a prompt and timely manner in accordance with the Schedule of Services set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Consultant represents that it has the professional and technical personnel required to perform the Services expeditiously. Upon request of City, Consultant shall provide a more detailed schedule of anticipated performance to meet the Schedule of Services.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Schedule The Work shall be performed as expeditiously as possible in conformity with the schedule requirements contained herein and in the Statement of Work. The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • Punch List If, at any time after the Project has been Physically Completed, there shall exist any item or items requiring completion or correction, then the Developer agrees to use all reasonable diligence to complete or correct such item or items so that each conforms to the Final Plans. The parties shall make a Punch-List of the items requiring completion or correction (the "Punch List"). Each item on the Punch-List shall be assigned a reasonable value based upon the reasonable cost of completion or correction of the same or such other value as may be required by the Owner's lender ("Punch-List Amount"). The Developer shall give its written undertaking to complete each such item within forty-five (45) days (or such other period of time as is mutually agreed upon by the parties).
