Project Start-Up. The Project shall be Placed in Service by the Company, and the requirements of Sections IV.B through IV.D shall be met, by the Benchmark Date. At all times after the Effective Date, upon reasonable notice, the Department shall have the right to inspect the Project and any aspect thereof, including without limitation the plans and specifications, construction and physical plant, equipment, and other attributes of the Project.
Project Start-Up. The Project shall be Placed in Service by the Company, and the requirements of Sections IV.B through IV.D shall be met, by the end of the second full Taxable Year after the Effective Date. At all times after the Effective Date, upon reasonable notice, the Department shall have the right to inspect the Project and any aspect thereof, including without limitation the plans and specifications, construction and physical plant, equipment, and other attributes of the Project.
Project Start-Up. (a) Contractor shall be responsible for the start-up and synchronization of the Facility with the transmission system of the Utility in accordance with Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, Prudent Utility Practices, the Electrical Interconnection Requirements, the PPA Operating Requirements (to the extent applicable to start-up and synchronization) and the Instruction Manual. Contractor shall provide Owner and the Utility with at least fifty (50) days' prior written notice of the expected start-up, commissioning and testing of the Facility and shall keep Owner and the Utility duly advised of any changes in the expected dates. Contractor shall (1) no later than thirty (30) days prior to expected initial operation of the Facility in parallel with the Utility's system, provide as-built plans and specifications as reasonably acceptable to the Utility for the Electrical Interconnection Facilities (including Protective Apparatus), and (2) prior to interconnection and parallel operation of the Facility with the Utility's system, provide a written certification, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Utility, from the licensed inspection agency or registered professional engineer engaged by Contractor prior to commencement of construction of the Electrical Interconnection Facilities and who is reasonably acceptable to the Utility, to the effect that the Electrical Interconnection Facilities (including the Protective Apparatus) have been inspected, are satisfactory and are in compliance with applicable Accepted Electrical Practices, in each case in accordance with the requirements of Section 7.5(a) of the Power Purchase Agreement. Contractor shall not commence any start-up or testing of the Facility for operation in parallel with the Utility system without the prior consent of the Utility pursuant to Section 7.5(b) of the Power Purchase Agreement; provided, however, that in the event that the Utility unreasonably withholds its consent to such operation despite the Facility and its Electrical Interconnection Facilities being consistent with the Electrical Interconnection Requirements, Prudent Utility Practices and the other standards of performance required hereunder (including without limitation Appendix A hereto), then, to the extent that Contractor was reasonably delayed in the performance of the Services as a direct result thereof, the provisions of Section 5.9 hereof shall apply.
Project Start-Up. Fagen shall have no responsibility for start-up of the Plant, but shall provide such assistance as Owner may request pursuant to Section 3.8 above.
Project Start-Up. Carollo will contract with LSA to provide the required CEQA / environmental services. LSA and Xxxxxxx will attend a remote kick-off meeting with City staff via Teams. The scope of work for Task 5 will be discussed and confirmed. As part of this task all pertinent historical data provided by the City will be reviewed by the Xxxxxxx team as well as any other relevant technical studies and documents. The Xxxxxxx team will provide maps and conceptual drawings as well as any technical studies prepared for the proposed project.
Project Start-Up. Contractor shall present to Concessionaire for Concessionaire’s Approval a completed checklist of all documentation, equipment and systems reviewed during the Commissioning of the Project. Following confirmation by Concessionaire that such checklist is complete and accurate and that Substantial Completion has been achieved, Contractor shall start up the Project in accordance with the Standard of Care, the Contract Documents and a schedule of start-up procedures delivered by Contractor to, and approved by, Concessionaire at least ninety (90) days prior to start-up.
Project Start-Up. For each Project where MSSA will be supplier of sodium to the Final User, MSSA undertakes to provide technical support as described in Appendix 6 to the Final User. MSSA will use its best efforts to provide such services according to VAST SOLAR’s demand but when possible a minimum prior notice of 3 months shall be given to MSSA for planning purposes. Anyway in case MSSA has not been selected as one of the sodium suppliers of the Final User for the Project, this Start-up service may be supplied by MSSA at the election of VAST SOLAR, but it shall be limited to the parts of the Project that are conforming to MSSA standards.
Project Start-Up. Prior to the Closing Date, a team comprising a director of the Board nominated by COSL, a director of the Board nominated by Trico, a senior officer nominated by COSL and a senior officer nominated by Trico shall be established (the “Project Start-up Team”) for development and establishment of the Company including proposing Project Start-up Costs and approving the transfer of money in an expense account to pay Project Start-up Costs pursuant to Section 3.5. Trico agrees that within 20 days of the date of this Agreement it shall provide the Company and the Project Start-up Team updated information and evaluation of the market for the Services in the Southeast Asia market.
Project Start-Up. Project Start-up activities are expected to cover the first three months of the first year workplan. They include a number of administrative and programmatic actions including: • Establishment of Project bank accounts • Preparation of a signed document between CRC/URI, USAID and NEMC concerning Program Guidelines and Principles of Cooperation (PGPC) • Development of the annual workplan in cooperation with implementing partners and USAID • Hiring and development of TCMP staff contracts • Development of partner agreements and contracts • Development of district implementation grants • Preparation of a detailed performance monitoring plan including indicators and targets These activities will take place during a period of time (Oct –Dec 2005) where a number of external factors will determine the rate at which these milestones can be achieved.
Project Start-Up. Together with the Design-Builder and the City, Consultant shall monitor and observe the testing and start-up and turn-over of all utilities, systems and equipment.
