Protective Apparatus. 30.01 Where protective clothing or equipment are required, the Employer will provide Employees with the necessary items at no cost to the Employee. Where there is a dispute on the need for protective clothing or equipment, the matter shall be referred to the Health and Safety Committee. 30.02 Where safety boots are required the Employees affected shall be reimbursed for the cost of the safety boots to a maximum value of two hundred and twenty dollars ($220.00) every two (2) years upon presentation of a receipt of purchase. Such safety boots must be worn during working hours in the work location.
Protective Apparatus. All relays, meters, power circuit breakers, synchronizers, and other control devices as shall be agreed to by the Parties in accordance with the requirements of Edison as necessary for proper and safe operation of the Generating Facility in parallel with Edison's electric system.
Protective Apparatus. Where the work of an employee requires the provision of personal protective equipment the employer shall provide and the employee shall wear the equipment in such a way as to achieve the purpose for which it is supplied. Except as provided in sub-clauses 6.3.2 and 6.3.3 of this clause, the equipment will remain the property of the employer. An employee issued with such equipment in accordance with this sub-clause will return it in the same condition as when it was issued, fair wear and tear excepted. Such uniforms shall be worn by the Employees affected during work hours in the location concerned.

Protective Apparatus. The equipment and apparatus installed by the Operator and/or NAPOCOR pursuant to Sections 6.8 hereof.
Protective Apparatus. Seller, at no cost to Buyer, agrees to furnish and install the relays, meters, power circuit breakers, synchronizer and other control and protective apparatus as Buyer, in its sole judgment, determines to be reasonably necessary for proper and safe operation of the Unit(s) in parallel with the PG&E or ISO system.
