PROTECTION AND INDEMNIFICATION. Section 1: The rights of an employee covered by this Agreement to indemnification against certain actions and claims and to legal assistance will be governed by General Laws, Chapter 41, Section 100C.
PROTECTION AND INDEMNIFICATION. Administrators will immediately report all cases of assault suffered by them in connection with their employment to the Superintendent in writing. This report will be forwarded to the Superintendent who will comply with any reasonable request from the administrator for information in his/her possession relating to the incident or the persons involved, and will act in appropriate ways as liaison between the administrator, the police, and the courts. Indemnification of administrators for expenses in connection with criminal or civil proceedings shall be in accordance with the General Laws (Ch. 258) as amended to date.
