Costs associated with these modifications shall be the responsibility of the PSAP. b. Subject to the PSAP’s security regulations, the Contractor shall have full and free access to the CPE equipment, and other equipment at the PSAP needed to support data sharing. c. PSAP shall use existing internet connectivity to access the data portal. d. Subject to the PSAP’s approval, the Contractor shall have access to CAD as needed for any data sharing requirements.

PSAP Responsibilities. 1) The PSAP is responsible for the arrangements for provisioning of all telephone lines required for the Contractor’s system, including a line for remote maintenance. 2) The PSAPs will provide adequate storage space for spare parts, and adequate working space, including heat, light, ventilation, electrical current and outlets, for the use of the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services Vesta Solutions, Inc. 9-1-1 CPE Systems Agreement # 4151-6 Contractor's maintenance personnel at the time maintenance is being performed. These facilities shall be within a reasonable distance of the equipment to be serviced and shall be provided at no charge to the Contractor. 3) If required to meet special environmental considerations, the PSAP will modify its site facilities to meet the Contractor’s minimum site and environmental specifications as supplied by the Contractor. These specifications shall be in such detail as to ensure that equipment, if installed according to these specifications, shall operate efficiently from an environmental point of view and properly from a functional point of view. These modifications shall be in line with the floor plan of the Communications Operations Room. 4) Subject to the PSAPs security regulations, the Contractor shall have full and free access to the equipment to provide service thereon. If persons other than Contractor representatives have performed maintenance or repair of equipment, and, as a result, further repair by Contractor is required, such further repairs will be made at Contractor's then applicable time and material rates, as shown in Exhibit 16, Cost Workbook. 5) The PSAP is responsible for providing DSL or other high speed internet connection. 6) The PSAPs shall maintain records and documentation associated with contractor.
PSAP Responsibilities. 5.1. At any time after the WestTel 9-1-1 System is installed, if PSAP desires to upgrade or replace non-WestTel 9-1-1 hardware and/or software that interfaces with the WestTel 9-1-1 System ("Equipment Upgrade"), it is PSAP's responsibility to notify WestTel in writing at least 60 days in advance of such Equipment Upgrade to ensure that the Equipment Upgrade is compatible with the WestTel 9-1-1 System. If the Equipment Upgrade is not compatible with the WestTel 9-1-1 System, WestTel, by way of mutual agreement, may at its option, (1) terminate the Maintenance and Support Agreement with PSAP or (2) make changes, provided PSAP’s approval, and at PSAP's expense, to the WestTel 9-1-1 System to make it compatible with the Equipment Upgrade. Any and all charges associated to make non-WestTel 9-1-1 hardware and/or software compatible with existing system will be quoted in advance and approved by PSAP prior to invoicing PSAP, and PSAP will pay for the costs of such modifications.

PSAP Responsibilities. Layton will provide the following services to South Xxxxx: a. providing 911 call processing for all calls received at Layton dispatch b. dispatching fire and EMS units to the calls according to Layton policies and procedures c. fulfilling requests from field units including requests for mutual or automatic aid, notification to utility operators, air ambulance, and board-up companies d. providing dispatch records to include 9-1-1 and non-emergency phone calls and radio transmissions from fire talk groups e. providing additional records as defined by Utah records retention guidelines f. providing dispatch services using Xxxxxx’x infrastructure for automatically or manual paging units and for notifying the public.

  • Client’s Responsibilities (a) Client agrees to advise Consultant regarding Client's Project requirements and to provide all relevant information, surveys, data and previous reports accessible to Client which Consultant may reasonably require. (b) Client shall designate a Project Representative to whom all communications from Consultant shall be directed and who shall have limited administrative authority on behalf of Client to receive and transmit information and make decisions with respect to the Project. Said representative shall not, however, have authority to bind Client as to matters of governmental policy or fiscal policy, nor to contract for additions or obligations exceeding a value which is the lesser of $5000 or 5% of the maximum contract price. The Client's approval of any drawings, specifications, reports, documents or other materials or product furnished hereunder shall not in any way relieve Consultant of responsibility for the professional adequacy of its work. (d) Client shall perform its obligations and render decisions within a reasonable time under the circumstances presented. Based upon the nature of Client and its requirements, a period of 14 days shall be presumed reasonable for any decision not involving policy decision or significant financial impact, when all information reasonably necessary for Client to responsibly render a decision has been furnished. A period of 46 days shall be presumed reasonable for Client to act with respect to any matter involving policy or significant financial impact. The above periods of presumed reasonableness shall be extended where information reasonably required is not within the custody or control of Client but must be procured from others.
