Public Holiday Pay. a) Employees required to work on a public holiday shall be paid double the standard rate of pay for every hour worked. b) All Regular full-time Employees required to work on a public holiday shall be given an additional day off with pay. Employees working 10, 11 or 12 hour shifts shall be granted the same number of public holiday lieu hours as they worked on the particular public holiday
