The activities of the Academy shall observe the principle of academic freedom, meet highest academic and professional standards and address the phenomenon of corruption in a comprehensive and inter-disciplinary way, taking due account of cultural diversity, gender equality and recent developments in the field of corruption at the global and regional levels.

The purpose of the Institute shall be to provide training to support and supple- ment the national efforts of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltic and Balkan countries, the members of the Commonwealth of Independent States, Asian transition countries, and other eligible countries, in their transition to full market-based developed economies. 2. To this end, the Institute shall offer courses of instruction of the highest standard and of direct relevance to the purpose of paragraph 1 above, including courses in the areas of administration and economic and financial management. The Institute shall provide training primarily to public officials, and to other persons, with due regard to the role of the private sector. The Institute will also assist training institutes by provid- ing training and other support.

In 2016, Texas was awarded a supplemental capacity building grant by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) through the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Demonstration. The purpose of the grant is to further practices successfully tested in the MFP Behavioral Health Pilot (BHP). The MFP BHP operated from 2008 through 2017 and provided evidence-based behavioral health interventions to over 450 people transitioning from living in nursing facilities to the community. Almost 70% of the participants in the MFP BHP remained in the community with sustained improvements in functioning, social engagement and quality of life, and success in achieving their personal recovery goals. B. In 2021, Texas received additional federal funding for a new pilot program called Bridge to STAR+PLUS Pilot ( Bridge Pilot ) to divert people from admission to a nursing facility. The Bridge Pilot is intended for STAR+PLUS Members. The Bridge Pilot will enable participants with serious mental illness and physical comorbidities to move from a state psychiatric hospital to live independently in the community with long-term services and support in the Bridge Pilot service area of the Grantee. The service area is Travis County. The Grantee transition team at the will work with the state psychiatric hospital and managed care organizations (MCOs) in their respective county to provide intensive transition support to divert STAR+PLUS members from admission to a nursing facility. C. Grantee shall help Bridge Pilot participants to transition successfully from state hospitals to the community. Grantee will provide and coordinate services and support needed by Bridge Pilot participants who no longer require inpatient hospitalization to successfully transition to STAR+PLUS home and community-based services (HCBS). D. Bridge Pilot activities include: 1. identifying candidates for participation; 2. assessing candidate and participant their needs and preferences; 3. building skills to promote independence; 4. coordinating services, supports, and housing to facilitate transition; and 5. helping Bridge Pilot participants adjust to community living. E. Grantee shall implement the Bridge Pilot program through: 1. Transition activities as specified in this Statement of Work; 2. Providing temporary rental assistance funds for up to 12 months for Bridge Pilot participants awaiting housing subsidies; 3.   • Permitted Activities The purpose of the Issuer is, and the Issuer will have the power and authority, and is authorized, to engage in the following activities: (i) to acquire the Receivables and other Sold Property under the Sale and Servicing Agreement from the Depositor in exchange for the Notes; (ii) to Grant the Collateral to the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture; (iii) to enter into and perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents; (iv) to issue the Notes under the Indenture and to facilitate the sale of the Notes by the Depositor; (v) to pay principal of and interest on the Notes; (vi) to administer and manage the Trust Property; (vii) to make payments to the Noteholders and distributions to the holder of the Residual Interest; and (viii) to take other actions necessary or advisable to accomplish the activities listed above or that are incidental to the activities listed above.

We are not responsible for losses incurred by you including, without limitation, the use of your account by any person other than you, arising as the result of misuse of passwords. • Do, or omit to do, or attempt to do or omit to do, any other act or thing which may interfere with the proper operation of the PayPal service or activities carried out as part of PayPal services or otherwise than in accordance with the terms of this user agreement. • Request or send a personal transaction payment for a commercial transaction. • Allow your use of the PayPal service to present to PayPal a risk of non- compliance with PayPal's anti-money laundering, counter terrorist financing and similar regulatory obligations (including, without limitation, where we cannot verify your identity or you fail to complete the steps to lift your sending, receiving or withdrawal limit or where you expose PayPal to the risk of any regulatory fines by European, US or other authorities for processing your transactions). • Integrate or use any of the PayPal services without fully complying with all mandatory requirements communicated to you by way of any integration or programmers' guide or other documentation issued by PayPal from time to time. • Advertise, promote, introduce or describe PayPal Credit or any PayPal co-branded credit based payment instrument to your customers without: (1) obtaining the necessary regulatory permission to do so in advance; and (2) the prior written permission of PayPal and (if not PayPal) the issuer of the credit to do so. • Suffer (or cause us to determine that there is a reasonable likelihood of) a security breach of your website or systems that could result in the unauthorized disclosure of customer information. You agree that engaging in the above restricted activities diminishes your or our other customers' safe access and/or use of your account and our services generally.

  • Regulated Activities The Company shall not itself, nor shall it cause, permit or allow the Bank or any other of its Subsidiaries to (i) engage in any business or activity not permitted by all applicable laws and regulations, except where such business or activity would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect on the Company, the Bank and/or such of its Subsidiaries or (ii) make any loan or advance secured by the capital stock of another bank or depository institution, or acquire the capital stock, assets or obligations of or any interest in another bank or depository institution, in each case other than in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and safe and sound banking practices.

  • Prohibited Transactions and Activities None of the Depositor, the Servicer or the Trustee shall sell, dispose of or substitute for any of the Mortgage Loans (except in connection with (i) the foreclosure of a Mortgage Loan, including but not limited to, the acquisition or sale of a Mortgaged Property acquired by deed in lieu of foreclosure, (ii) the bankruptcy of the Trust Fund, (iii) the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to Article IX of this Agreement, (iv) a substitution pursuant to Article II of this Agreement or (v) a purchase of Mortgage Loans pursuant to Article II or III of this Agreement), nor acquire any assets for any REMIC created hereunder (other than REO Property acquired in respect of a defaulted Mortgage Loan), nor sell or dispose of any investments in the Collection Account or the Distribution Account for gain, nor accept any contributions to any REMIC created hereunder after the Closing Date (other than a Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan delivered in accordance with Section 2.03), unless it has received an Opinion of Counsel, addressed to the Trustee (at the expense of the party seeking to cause such sale, disposition, substitution, acquisition or contribution but in no event at the expense of the Trustee) that such sale, disposition, substitution, acquisition or contribution will not (a) affect adversely the status of any of any REMIC Regular Interest created hereunder as a REMIC or (b) cause any REMIC Regular Interest created hereunder to be subject to a tax on “prohibited transactions” or “contributions” pursuant to the REMIC Provisions.

  • Services to Other Clients; Certain Affiliated Activities (a) The relationship between the Asset Manager and the Series is as described in this Agreement and nothing in this Agreement, none of the services to be provided pursuant to this Agreement, nor any other matter, shall oblige the Asset Manager to accept responsibilities that are more extensive than those set forth in this Agreement. (b) The Asset Manager’s services to the Series are not exclusive. The Asset Manager may engage in other activities on behalf of itself, any other Managing Party and other clients (which, for the avoidance of doubt, may include other series of the Company). The Series acknowledges and agrees that the Asset Manager may, without prior notice to the Series, give advice to such other clients. The Asset Manager shall not be liable to account to the Series for any profits, commission or remuneration made or received in respect of transactions effected pursuant to the Asset Manager’s advice to another client and nor will the Asset Manager’s fees be abated as a result.
