Ramp Serviceman. 32 The work of a Ramp Serviceman shall consist of servicing 33 aircraft while on the ground, involving the loading, unloading, packing 34 and securing cargo and equipment in aircraft, pickup and delivery of 35 all cargo; including mail, express, baggage, freight, company 36 material, buffet and cabin supplies, and may include clerical 37 functions; such as, but not limited to, preparation of airway bills, 38 sales, tickets and air freight, reservations, weight and balance 39 manifests, as required by and in accordance with Company 40 Procedures and load plans. 41 42 Ramp Servicemen shall, in accordance with Company 43 procedures, service the aircraft lavatory and water systems, assist 44 in the conversion of aircraft, provided there is a qualified aircraft 1 Mechanic present for the aircraft conversion, and may clean the 2 aircraft interior and exterior (including painting), place, clean, and 3 arrange in aircraft all passenger service and galley equipment; 4 maintain the ramp areas, warehouses, baggage and cargo rooms, 5 locker areas and other facilities they use in the course of their duties, 6 in a clean presentable condition, and other general ramp service 7 work. Ramp Servicemen may be required to assist the Mechanic by 8 standing fire guard while an aircraft is being serviced with fuel and 9 other duties which do not conflict with other classifications as 10 indicated herein. 11 12 Ramp Servicemen may be required to spot, block, stand fire 13 guard, pushback, fuel, deice, and wave off aircraft. Ramp 14 servicemen may do painting and minor preventative maintenance on 15 ground equipment that is related to their job functions (e.g., such as 16 changing light bulbs, oil, tires, batteries; does not include engine 17 tune-ups, points, plugs or condenser).

Ramp Serviceman. The work of a Ramp Serviceman will consist of and include the transporting and handling of all commissary, food, beverages, liquors, passenger service kits, supplies and equipment, to and from the aircraft; including the preflight check of all such items on board the aircraft. The Ramp Serviceman will do all necessary work relative to the preparation of the plane's service equipment for flight. A Ramp Serviceman's duties will also include the loading and unloading of aircraft galleys, the performance of errands in connection with commissary and the transporting of commissary and food service equipment to and from the aircraft. The Ramp Serviceman will also be responsible for work involving the cleanliness of the commissary at such points and times Janitors do not perform such work under the terms of this or the TWA-IAM Dining Service Agreement. It is further intended that the Company will not be obliged to change existing caterer operations except to the extent that Ramp Servicemen be employed to handle all commissary movements from caterer's truck to Company aircraft and vice versa at the following stations: SFO, ORD, STL, PIT, BOS, LAS, EWR, PHL, DCA, IAD, PHX, DEN, IND, CMH, and DAY. As soon as possible, but not later than six (6) months from October 18, 1976, Ramp Servicemen will also handle all commissary movements from caterer's truck to Company aircraft and vice versa at those stations not enumerated in this paragraph. The work of a Ramp Serviceman will include the handling of baggage. Ramp Servicemen will also handle and operate all passenger loading stairs and mobile lounges owned or operated by the Company. The assembly and disassembly of prefabricated kennels and shipping containers will be performed by Ramp Servicemen. The work of a Ramp Serviceman will include all work in connection with all loading, unloading, and handling of all mail, express, cargo, and air freight, also the crating, uncrating, and recrating of all shipments in and about Company facilities, wherever for any reason, it is necessary to do so. In addition, he will perform all work connected with the palletizing and depalletizing, including the loading, unloading, buildup, breakdown, and tiedown of all pallets, igloos and containers, at any Company owned and/or occupied facilities. The Company shall furnish the necessary tools for accomplishment of the above, and the Ramp Serviceman shall not be permitted the use of other tools.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Cellular Phone Employer shall provide Employee with a cellular phone for his use in performing his responsibilities with Employer. In the alternative, Employer shall pay Employee’s cellular phone expense.

  • SPECIAL SERVICES Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Janitorial Service Landlord shall not be obligated to provide any janitorial services to the Premises or replace any light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises. Tenant shall be solely responsible, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, for (i) performing all janitorial services, trash removal and other cleaning of the Premises, and (ii) replacement of all light bulbs, lamps, starters and ballasts for lighting fixtures within the Premises, all as appropriate to maintain the Premises in a first-class manner consistent with the first-class nature of the Building and Project. Such services to be provided by Tenant shall be performed by contractors and pursuant to service contracts approved by Landlord. Tenant shall deposit trash as reasonably required in the area designated by Landlord from time to time. All trash containers must be covered and stored in a manner to prevent the emanation of odors into the Premises or the Project. Landlord shall have the right to inspect the Premises upon reasonable notice to Tenant and to require Tenant to provide additional cleaning, if necessary. In the event Tenant shall fail to provide any of the services described in this Section 6.6 to be performed by Tenant within five (5) days after notice from Landlord, which notice shall not be required in the event of an emergency, Landlord shall have the right to provide such services and any charge or cost incurred by Landlord in connection therewith shall be deemed Additional Rent due and payable by Tenant upon receipt by Tenant of a written statement of cost from Landlord.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Customer Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM): All aspects of the CRM process, including planning, scheduling, and control activities involved with service delivery. Customer Preferences: Customizing customer preferences relative to interface requirements and information delivery mechanisms (e.g., personalization, subscriptions, alerts and notifications).

  • Elevator Service If the Building is equipped with elevators, Landlord, during Normal Business Hours of Building, shall furnish elevator service to Tenant to be used in common with others. At least one elevator shall remain in service during all other hours. Landlord may designate a specific elevator for use as a service elevator.
